The two side pockets, while good for storage, make the bag a little bulky at the sides. I would agree with another reviewer that it is more of a beige than grey and the pink is much brighter than you see online

I love the style of this backpack, and it is big enough to hold all my school books with lots of extra pockets on the sides and inside. It is really trendy and I get compliments on it whenever I use it. However, about two weeks after I got it, the trim around the drawstring ripped and now I am unable to close the bag. There is also no way to fix it, so that's an inconvenience.

I bought this knapsack in store. The faux leather isn't the best, but it certainly doesn't look overly cheap. It isn't shiny, but matte and the faux leather part isn't entirely smooth as there are some cracks in there to appear slightly worn in, but not used. The color is not grey, but a beige-grey, almost taupe shade. It is nicer for versatility and can go with everything. The neon pink trim is bright, but isn't overwhelming. The bag itself is lightweight, which I like because I hate bags that are already heavy with nothing in it. There is an inside zipper pocket and a pocket for your cellphone. The pockets on the sides and front are useful, I like bags with many pockets to help me keep things organized. I keep more important things, keys and wallet in the inside zippered pocket. I feel like the outside pockets are easily stolen from. The bag itself does not zipper, it has a drawstring closing. It is very spacious inside, able to stretch to accommodate more items.
