I recently purchased this matress protector because I had moved into an apartment with a brand new mattress. I love that it zips close protecting the entire mattress. I was nervous that it would feel like sleeping on a plastic cover but I haven't even noticed a different in comfort since I have put it on. I would buy this again the the future.

We recently purchased this product in Queen size. After one night of sleeping on it we found holes. Thinking that we accidentally punctured it, we purchased another one. This one had a huuuuuge tear in it after one evening. We are not rough on our bed. We didn't jump on the bed, snag it,anything. We merely slept on it.

I needed a cover right away so was happy to find this at the local Target. However after using the cover I was quite disappointed. The top fabric is a thicker yet soft polyester that seems tough enough to withstand every day use. However the sides of the cover are made of a thinner material that easily rips. It reminds me of the paper gowns used in doctors offices. So it ripped in several spots while simply slipping and adjusting it onto the mattress. Then while closing the zipper, the velcro f lap that covers the zipper stop caused a rip when the flap was pulled away from the cover. Also, the twin size cover is quite a bit larger than our mattress so I had to tuck a lot of excess material under the mattress which would seem like areas where bed bugs could easily hide. I was expecting a more form fitting cover as shown on the package. Finally, the package said that a pillow encasement is included but there was no pillow cover. So purchase with caution and have the tape close by!

Please don't waste your money or time on these, they either come ripped out of the bag, rip when trying to put them on or when you wash them. Better bet is to buy one that has been lab tested, bost good warranty, and has great reviews. They are also very hot to sleep on, not sure if they are water proof I bought this for my bed bug problem.

We purchased 2 of these for our new queen bed and box spring. They are huge. The package also says complete bedding system zippered pillow protector and mattress protector. No pillow protector in either one.

This product says machine washable, yet it is waterproof and has a zipper on only one side, making it a large bag that fills with water so that when the spin cycle kicks in it will be out of balance with lots of weight. This makes it a very hazardous product -- our washing machine actually smashed into our wall, pushed the electrical socket in, and dented our hot water heater! The washing machine was destroyed, and if there was a toddler or small child near by this thing when it did this they w ould have likely been injured or killed. The company sent me to their insurance agent Traveler's, who was very rude to me and said it was not at all their responsibility, even though we followed their washing instructions exactly. I should never have been sent to this insurance company for their negligence. New washing machine instructions say never to wash anything waterproof in them, indicating that this company should have known that, and not instructed their customers to do this.

I recently had an encounter with bed bugs. These things are hard enough to get rid of without the aid of a bed bug cover full of holes! I cannot believe I spent almost [$] on one of these just to open it and see it had a 6 inch tear on one end of it and 3 other tears that ranged from 1 inch to 3 inches! What good is a bed bug cover with HOLES in it???? Couldn't even get my money back because I couldn't prove they were there upon opening the package! I absolutely will never buy one of these agai n[...]

Like other reviewers on here, ours ripped the first time they were washed and ripped further when put onto the beds. We've purchased other bed bug/allergy/mite bed covers and never had these issues. This is a VERY poor product. Can't believe I wasted [$]!!

This appears to be of terrible quality. Ripped the instant I took it out of the bag and feels plasticky and cheap. I got it for dust mite reasons and will likely be purchasing something else- from somewhere else. Until then, will have to duct tape the hole and make do. (...)

I purchased this because of the zipper feature. I figured with it being zippered on the sheets wouldn't come off as easy. First off, for a king bed it is not easy to get on and off. My idea was lay one part down under mattress and then put the other part over and zipper them together. Then to wash all you'd need to do is unzipper the top part and wash. Instead it's like a bag that you have to pull onto the mattress and there's only one side that's got a zipper. When attempting to zipper it up t he zipper broke and the fabric ripped. Definitely not worth the time and the hassle.
