The ordering process, delivery time, packaging, and product were all totally satisfactory. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the color of the chairs was a good bit darker in real life than what it looked like online. When assembling the chairs, make sure you follow the directions precisely. I had to backtrack a bit when I didn't pay close attention to the letter labels on the various parts. Once I corrected my mistake, assembly was fairly easy. The chairs are very nice for the price. They feel solid and look good (except for the color being a little darker than expected). I do recommend them.
