We bought this keyboard for our 22 month old son three weeks ago and I have to say that this is - hands down - the BEST musical toy we could have found! He with it for literally hours at a time and when he does not babble into the fully functioning microphone, dances to it's many very cute tunes. Go get it, you will not regret it!!
Got this for my 10 month old son.. a little young, I know... but he LOVES music and anything that has buttons. He is now 18 months old and still LOVES this piano. The only time it hums, like other reviews have said, is when the batteries are starting to die. So perhaps these reviewers had bad batteries? Otherwise, it works great. My son loves it, loves the songs, loves to record his own music. It's a great toy.
I bought this for my best friend's daughter. She is constantly singing, dancing, and playing this gift. Great quality, bright and fun for little ones.
Bought this toy for our 18 month old and she was dancing and singing the second she turned the keyboard on. Then the 4 and 6 year old siblings had a blast singing along with the songs and jamming on the keyboard. Highly recommended toy for younger children.
My 2 year old chose it for a friend's bithday gift then decided to work really hard to earn one too. Even grandma and nieces and nephews like to play it!
We liked this cat piano for our 1 1/2 year old but on the section that lets you play music which has pre-recorded singing, it is the most horrible voice you can imagine! It must've been the recording of the manufacturers daughter or something because it is a voice only a mother could love, I mean really. It makes me want to hide the thing on my child. I can't believe they allowed such horrible singing to be recorded permanently on a toy.
My daughter received this keyboard as a gift over a year now and loves it just as much as she did the day she got it. Lots of cool features and funny music. Seems durable. She has jumped and danced on it, and it is still going strong. I have two complaints with this toy. One is that it defaults to the highest volume, the second is that when you turn on one of the beats it will go on and on FOREVER until you hit stop. This coupled with the volume issue can be quite maddening! With that said , I am happy with the keyboard overall. If I were to choose one for her, I might find one that had better volume control and automatic shut off.
We just gave this to our 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She LOVES it and wouldn't even put it down long enough to open her other gifts. Her brother, age 5, and 2 cousins, ages 4 and 3 also loved it. We'll be getting it for at least one of the cousins when her birthday comes up soon. It has a multitude of functions and works great. It's one of the most versatile toys I've seen in a long time and a great value for the money. Unlike so many toys for this age of child, it doesn't se em to be something she'll outgrow in a short time. My husband teased me about wanting to go back to get one for myself but I think I'd have to fight him for it.
I bought my daughter this toy while I was shopping at the store. It initially caught my attention because it's shaped like a big cat and then I realized that it was a keyboard. I thought it would be a great starter because I know my husband eventually wants to teach her to play the piano when she gets old enough. She loves it because she's really into buttons (she's 1 year old) and she likes to dance along to the songs. She also likes the little microphone attached to it. This is a durable toy, (so far), as she plays it with her feet some times. This is a fun toy, and if I'm being honest, I've spent some time playing with it myself. She likes it so much, we gave it as a birthday gift to her little cousin, and mom reported that he loves it too. =)

I got this toy for my daughter's 1st birthday (because she LOVES music and banging on things) and she loves it. She pushes all the buttons and loves the music that it plays. She never plays with the microphone, but once she's older she will (so it's a good toy to grow with her). She plays with it at least once a day; first thing in the morning, she goes to it. The singing was annoying at first but the words are quite funny to me; the songs talk about the cat eating birds, gerbils, etc. Great to y overall; so glad I got it.
