Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would NOT recommend I bought this at Target in store..Columbia model. I bought this two years ago but I'm in the market for a new one and thought I should give my feedback. After a month of little use the bassinet netting started ripping. Called Baby Trend and they did send a replacement after I sent in pictures/receipt. Then the replacement did the same thing. I didn't bother to get a replacement since soon my son would outgrow that portion anyways. They have a major issue. This could cause the baby to fall down if it was not noticed . The frame I have not had an issue with. This has made me never buy a baby trend item again fearing the quality would be the same.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from difficult setup and take down i highly recommend not purchasing this brand/model. i was given this for my baby shower in October. it was a little hard to pull the rails up but it's even more difficult to take it down. I haven't been able to pack it and take it anywhere. if I knew it wouldn't be able to take it down I would have returned it for a different one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Should've passed on this After receiving this pack and play, I realized I should've passed on it. It's very difficult to fold and unfold. Also, it's to short in height. I'm 5' 2" and my lower back aches after hunching over the changing table when changing diapers. The mobile is also wind up and doesn't play for more than 2 minutes. We haven't traveled with it yet but I'm thinking we'll pass on trying to lug this around.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor show for Baby Trend I would highly suggest not purchasing this playard. It could be much easier to put together if the locking assemblies were not hidden under the rail fabric. After assembling our mobile, we found that it would not operate unless whacked against a hard surface and at that point, the tonality of the music was off key. The separate components of this playard do not disassemble without considerable effort and loss of fingernails. We are going to go with a Graco instead. Sorry Baby Trend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very cute We are first-time parents, so easy assembly is a must with our purchases. This was pretty easy to assemble and fits nicely next to the bed. The colors are nice, the pink is like a dusty pink and the little shade can switch sides of the play pen, which is a nice feature. I plan to use the bassinet and changing table first. Overall, very pleased with this item!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice! I was given this as a gift at my baby shower and I am very pleased with it so far. I assembled it myself while 7 1/2 months pregnant with no major problems. It seems pretty sturdy and I love the gender neutral colors. I think that if it is well taken care of it will last a long time. I am going to try to use it as a bassinet for the first couple of months in our bedroom and in the living room. I will just have to wait to see if our baby girl likes it too!

What it is: This play yard is similar to Graco's popular Pack 'n Play, but it has one major advantage: The Insignia is easier to use and better organized. Its sides lock in place securely so you can put it together with just a one-handed push. The central mechanism that locks the bottom of the play yard is also very easy to use and has the instructions printed right on the floor. The Insignia includes a bassinet, changing table, and basket for supplies that can hold a stack of diapers, no problem. Play yard mattresses tend to be skimpy, but the Insignia's is well padded and cushier than many others we've seen, which your child will appreciate. There's even a pocket on the bottom of the mattress to hold the instruction manual and warranty card so you won't lose them.

What to watch out for: Putting the Insignia together is a snap. Taking it apart is not. Collapsing the play yard's sides requires squeezing a button with both hands while jiggling each side to fold it up. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get each side to collapse, which is positively exasperating. And though the bassinet installs easily and feels secure, the changing table is flimsy. Overall the entire unit feels rickety, rather than firm and secure. Comparable play yards feel sturdier and better constructed.
