Bed Head On A Roll Conical Hairsetter - 10 Piece is rated 4.2222 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these! I got a set of these yesterday on a whim ... I am always looking for a nice set of hot rollers .. they work great! I have thick, somewhat unruly curly hair, and I like to wash/dry/set my hair to make it bouncy & shiny, like the "Breck" girl .. these really work nicely! I didn't think one set would be enough but it is - my hair is thick & long (past my shoulders), but the way these curlers are made (long/angled) they hold a lot more hair than a regular curler does ... I'm very happy with this purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set of rollers This is another great product from Bed Head. Super easy to use and has a great result but I do have a few cons... Pros Easy to use Heats up quickly Doesn't weigh too much on your head Doesn't damage hair Easy to spot sizes Cons Not enough rollers per set Not enough large size rollers No heat indication ...many hot tools have a thermal dot that let's you know it's reached the optimum temperature, this is kind of guess work... The clamps don't keep the rollers flat to your head so you may have some hanging rollers All in all, the cons are easy to overlook to the point where I'm considering getting a second set because I like it so much...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I need more rollers! Being Bed Head Rollers I was excited. Then I tried to put them in my thick and long hair. They work great I just wish there was twice as many. I did try them on my niece who has shorter hair and she had perfect curls for her first big dance. The author of this review received a free sample of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good rollers to have for some quick curls When I first got these rollers I was very skeptical because there are only 10 in the set. I am used to using 15 or so for my hair, so I wasn't sure how these ones would work out. I am going to break this review down into main pros and cons. Pros Storage: cute carrying case! Each roller locks into place with the clip on it for easy storage. The cord folds into the bag and rests on top of the rollers. Not bulky at all and easy to take with you on the go when traveling. This is a big selling point for me. Heating is very quick! I don't think I waited a full 10 mintues before I started rolling hair onto the rollers and they were plenty hot. The ends of the rollers didn't burn my fingers like other older rollers do. Of course don't touch the inside of the heating element, but the edges of the rollers were easy to handle. Results are very good. I left the rollers in for about 15 minutes each time I used them and the curls came out tight and bouncy. The curl stayed in well (I used product to hold the curl) although after a few hours the curls relaxed a bit, which I expected. Ease of use: I am split on this one, but I will put it on my 'pros' list. The are very easy to use when I curled my daughters hair, but on my own was harder because I don't have eyes in the back of my head. After a few attempts I got better at rolling my own hair, but still fumbled a bit. Overall it was okay so I wouldn't say this is a con. Cons Quantity: there are only 10 rollers, and that is not enough for my hair. My hair is just to my shoulders and of normal thickness, and I still ran out of curlers. I tried to put more hair on the roller (more than the recommended 1" of hair) and I couldn't get the clip on, or when I did get it on it would pop off. It would be great to get more rollers in this set. I used them on my 3-yr old's hair and they worked great. Her hair is to her waist but much thinner than mine, yet there was enough for her hair and that made me happy. (The results on her hair were also fabulous.) Instructions: although the instructions were consice, it would have been nice to also see some rolling demonstrations or styling tips. The rollers are thick at one end and then thin on the other, but I really wanted to know a good way to roll the hair, or to see some pictures etc. that would help guide me to using them the best way. I did figure it out eventually, but the extra help would have been nice. Overall this is a good product. The quality is great, which I would expect from Bed Head. I do recommend buying this set because of the pros listed. Hopefully there will be another set with more rollers in it for thicker or longer hair, however I am pleased with them and will keep using them on myself and my daughters hair. Rated 4 out of 5 by from l-o-v-e love this product! I love that it has its own carry case, I can take it anywhere! But it's also used to heat it, the cord was easy to hide. But the curls came out beautiful & soft, easy to put in& easy to take out The author of this review received a free sample of the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bed Head rollers I was very excited to use these rollers on myself and my daughters. Overall, I am satisfied with this product. First, I took the product out of the package and followed the very simple instructions. Turn it on, let it warm and then proceed to use. I tried them on myself first. I struggled a little to get the rollers to stay on my head, as I have fairly long hair. It seemed like the clips just weren't meant for very long hair. I was able to finagle it enough to stay and then waited 25 minutes - longer than the recommended 15-20. It was VERY curly, more than I normally prefer. I let it completely cool and then decided to run my fingers through it. I actually really liked it! The next test were my daughters who both have shoulder length hair. My oldest has thick, my youngest has thin. I definitely struggled to keep the curlers in my oldest daughters hair- even though her hair is not long. They stayed in just fine on my youngest. We followed the recommended warm up time and setting time. My oldest daughter's hair was just soft curls- not what she was hoping for. She likes it to be really curly. My youngest daughter's hair was really curly. Things to consider: 1.It seems that hair thickness plays a big roll in how well the curl does. 2. I noticed in both of my daughter's hair that there was a definite kink where the clip holds the hair and "hangs". I would love to know if there is a trick around that. 3. I like the color coded clips that decipher the size differences. 4. Love the compactness of the unit, but could probably use more rollers. This might help the issue with the clips snapping off on medium thick to thick hair. Overall, this is a great product and I will continue to use it. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good hairsetter I really liked the size of these hot rollers. The whole set is very compact and easy to travel with, as I just got back from a 5 day trip. All the rollers fit nicely in a small case. However, the clips over the rollers are not hinged (I understand why they are not - keeps them smaller), so I think over time these clips will get stretched out and not work as well. It also took a little getting used to the clips because they just snap on over the roller whereas most hot rollers have separate types of clips. But I did eventually get used to using them just fine. If I can, then any one can. My hair held the set very well as the rollers get plenty hot. I'm not sure I understand why the rollers are cylindrical - I guess in other kinds of hair the curls will look different. I have fine hair so although my curls were great, they were not cylindrical. I can see how they would be that way on regular hair though. All in all, I'd recommend this product. The author of this review received a free sample of the product.
