Rated 4 out of 5 by from great router for a small apartment, especially for the price! i've had this router for three years, have had none of the issues that other people complained about. easy to set up: just had to plug it in. almost never drops out, maybe 5 times in 3 years. perhaps i have a better experience because i have a small apartment, but i've been nothing but happy with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do not call their customer service for hook up I have had this about a month now. I have internet through twc and I have had no problems with it since it's been hooked up. When it was time to hook everything up, i had no trouble with the wiring and all that. When i need to connect it to the wireless and the technical end I got a little confused. So, i called the 800 number on the instructions. Well when i called the guy was from a foreign country and i could barely understand him. He said the reason i couldn't connect to a network was b/c there were "too many people connected to my network," (this is not a logical statement), he then wanted to connect remotely to my personal computer so he could re-program my network, but that was going to cost me like $19.95 for this stranger to do all this. I then shut my computer down, hung up the phone and called twc. It took them 10 mins to walk me through a very simple hook up. So, i like the product, i have no problems now. I DO recommend you calling your internet provider if you need help with any kind of installation. NOT belkin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Awful!! This router was absolutely awful. My internet went out at LEAST once a day, if not more, and it was brand new. I hadn't even had it for a month when my boyfriend called the support line to troubleshoot the problems. They finally determined (after 2 HOURS on the phone) that I needed a new router. My options were to PAY to send it to them and then they would send me one, or I could pay for a new one, have it shipped, and send the old one back, and then they would refund my money. Either way I would be without internet for at least a week. I'm a student... UNACCEPTABLE! Please don't waste your time or money on this or any other Belkin router. It will only cause you stress and frustration.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to set up but not the best quality This router was very easier to set up and install. However, if you are someone that just uses email and light browsing then this router will be fine for you. However, if you are like me and spend a lot of your time on the internet streaming videos and heavy browsing this is not the router for you. I purchased this hoping to save money and a few days later returned it to get the N600. I am much happier with the speed and quality of the N600.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money We bought this router less than a month ago and have never had so many problems with a router. It constantly drops the internet connection and I spend half my day trying to get it reset so that all my devices will reconnect to it. Please, don't waste your money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to set up. Very impressed. I bought this to replace a Belkin N150 from the yellow tag / blue shirt store. I went through 2 of the Belkin routers in 3 weeks. They would work when they were new and then quit after a week or two. I can't comment as to the reliability of this router, but what I can say is that the setup was SO easy with the included software. It automatically detects and sets up everything for you including a firmware update. It even prompts you to name your wireless network and give it a pass key. After the installation is done, you can uninstall the software. The only negative is that it seems like the range is a bit less than the Belkin. Also there are no indicator lights on this unit, which is a plus for me, but some people may not like this.
