We aren't keeping this jacket because the inside of the sleeves are made out of the fleece lining. It makes it difficult to side your arm in and it causes friction with long sleeve shirts. It's a nice looking jacket and I couldn't see any other problems with it, but for my son it's a deal breaker. It's just too hard to put on and keep his sleeves of his shirt down.
My son really liked this coat -- it does "look cool" and seems to have a lot of great features -- but after only 3.5 months of normal use the zipper broke. Target would not accept the return, despite it being due to defective materials, as it had barely exceeded their 90 day return window. Now my 7 year old is left in January and in sub-freezing temps, without a coat that will zip up properly and I have to buy another coat just to finish the season. What a waste of money. Target -- I am deeply disappointed.

I hate giving negative reviews on anything, and I usually don't... but I would also hate it if anyone were to end up with the same issue I'm having with this coat. The zipper is made of very cheap plastic and my son's zipper on the liner of this coat is already broken. The zippers also separate if even slightly pulled.. which will not be very good for when they are out playing in the snow. I bought my daughter the same style coat from the girls section and her zipper is now getting jammed an d separating also. I am planning on bringing them back to the store for my money back or an exchange if they have something more durable.
