Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bottom of Grill made out of Steel - WHY Stainless Steel EXCEPT the bottom STEEL PLATE. Then the plate rust out and the wheels fall off and the whole cabinet starts to collapse. Why bother using Stainless Steel if the bottom support plate is Steel and will rust away and the unit becomes useless.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dont ever plan on using/purchasing a rotisserie. don't ever plan on using a rotisserie with this model. The lid closes only about 2 to 3 inches above the top shelf and there is no room for a whole chicken to be on a rotisserie. If you ever want to rotisserie a chicken I would search for a different manufacturer. The lid on this needs to be completely reengineered so that somebody can actually cook a chicken on this grill.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Char-Broil Comes Through We grill out a LOT, and year-round. I recently needed to replace my favorite grill. I purchased this grill hoping it worked as good as it looked. This grill makes some HEAT! It took a little while to get used to just how hot this grill can get for searing steaks, burgers, etc. Once I got the hang of it, with 4 burners, I can control the heat right where I want it. I had a problem with the cooking surface finish, contacted the customer service department within the warranty time, and they got me all fixed up. I had to pay a few dollars for shipping, but it was VERY reasonable cost. This grill AND customer service is absolutely GREAT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret purchase I do not recommend this bbq had a 580 gourmet and thought this will be better completly regret the purchase. Had this one for almost 2 month and to clean the cooking area is not a easy task. And the cooking is not that good. If i could send it back and get a 580 again would do that

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Grill I've Owned Purchased this grill about 4 months ago. Food cooks more quickly, evenly and retains moisture - food doesn't dry out. This is the best grill I've ever used.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks great but very poor durability I got this grill for fathers day last year and instantly loved the way that it cooked, the infared grates create a great grilling experience. However after only a few months the spot welds on the gril grates began to fal apart, and then slowly after that the bottom of the tray in the grates began to fall apart and therefore ruined the infared cooking experience. I understand that this is a grill and parts like the grates will need to be replaced eventually, but for the price of this grill I expected them to last a lot longer than they did. I would not reccommend this grill to anyone because it has very poor durability when used regularly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Infrared burners I purchased this grill in April 2014 after having my old Char Broil grill for over 10 years. It took me a couple of times to grill right as this grill cooks the food so much faster. Each burner has it own temperature gauge that measures up to 750 degrees. This grill also has a self cleaning setting which will burn off the oils and shut down the gas all automaticly. The best grill I have ever owned.
