NOT the color on the boxI bought the darkest natural brown color, hoping to get my hair back to the dark brown color I was craving. I had used box color before without a problem. This color turned my hair BLACK. I thought it would lighten after I washed it, but three washes in, it's still very dark. I was going for dark, but I wasn't looking for black. The box color is very misleading and I will not be buying this brand again.

LOVE THIS PRODUCTI have used the Nice and Easy Hair Color for many years. I do not have anything bad to say about the produce except I find a color I like 101 they discontinued it. I am using 102 I think they are discontinuing it because I am having a hard time finding it
As far as the color I have never had a problem Love the product

Natural Lightest Golden Brown-114AI have been using this color for the last year. Since using this color, I have had more compliments on my hair than I have ever gotten. In a recent visit to the hair saloon for a cut, the stylist actual said that I should teach them how to do the highlights. WOW!! I love the color.

Not results I expectedI have used Clairol Natural Instincts for the past 5 years and have been pleased with the results. I used Clairol Nice and Easy #112A for the first time due to my increasing grays. My natural color is medium to dark brown and I have lots of natural red highlights. The overall color is good and is nice but my roots are a crazy orange color. I'm hoping they tame down over the next couple days or I'll have to attempt fixing it!

Thank YouDue to having lost all my hair due to some very major health issues, my hair started to return in late January. My hair always was a nice light brown shade and very straight and when my hair came back it was whitish-grey and really curly. My oncologist states that this is due to the medications as well as all of the chemotherapy. I know I will need more chemo in the future and I will use your coloring again if the grey returns. Your product covered the grey nicely and I am very pleased. Many shades offered is such a plus.

Hard to find shadeI really like this shade a lot but it is really difficult to find. It gives me a nice shade of blonde that is not too light. It is a warm shade with a rich color.
Please get more stores to stock this shade.

Love the ColorThe color came out very well...Maybe I am getting better at doing my own hair...Covered Grays PERFECTLY...I am going to be switching to Nice & Easy for future Coloring.
One thing I would like to mention, is before using your product I read a previous review about the conditioner. I know that women used the whole tube...I used just a dab...and I do find that it is a bit think. and does put some weight onto my hair......So I would suggest that the conditioner ingredients be looked into...Otherwise...love the product....

Horrible Conditioner Packet IncludedSo I colored my hair and wasn't thrilled with the result, but now I can't color my hair for 4-6 wks so I'm trying not to let it bother me...BUT my main issue is the conditioner packets included with the hair color. My dye made my hair REALLY dry, so I used the conditioner included in the box. For two days now my hair has looked and felt VERY GREASY..it's disgusting and I have to go to work looking like I didn't wash my hair that morning. I've washed my hair three times, once even with grease-fighting dish soap, and no change. So I can't even get used to the change in hair color because my hair looks and feels nasty...thanks, Clairol, I'll never use your hair color again. I usually use Garnier Nutrisse, and I guess I'll only use that brand from now on.
