Rated 3 out of 5 by from eclipse light blocking fairfax thermaweave curtain panel Not as heavy as I would have expected. Doesn't seem to keep as much sun out as I had hope. Nice looking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Look nice and easy to open/close Pro's - Price, material, appearance, keeps heat out, decent job on sunlight but not blackout. Cons - Doesn't not block all of the sunlight. They could use more weight at the bottom as they do not hang straight down due to being too light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value/very happy with the purchase I was worried these would let a lot of light through but the REALLY don't. Other reviews seem to be a little dramatic. I had plastic blinds on my windows before and these curtains (in gray) make the room much darker than the blinds did (at night and during the day). Its a great value for the price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Light blocking, not blackout Just bought these in the store today. Was really hoping these would be true blackout curtains, but they are not, hence the name Light Blocking. I will give them 3 stars though because they do look good and block out a good amount of the sunlight. The picture I attached makes it look like more light is coming through than in real life, but it gives a good perspective if you're on the fence about purchasing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not blackout curtains. Will be returning since they show a lot of light through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value and quality I'm so pleased with these curtains. They are casual and classic at the same time. I did spend some time steaming them to get the wrinkles out, but once done, they hang very nicely. I love the simple look - almost a men's wear feel to them. They seem to be constructed quite well. Overall - very happy with my purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Blackout I can't believe these are advertised as blackout shades. They are not blackout by any means. They block the light well enough, but mostly because we have blinds on the windows, and even then, they still let in some light, but not that much. They're fine, but don't expect blackout shades at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great curtains, but they aren't entirely light blocking. I ordered 4 panels in gray to cover a north facing window and a south facing window. The color was perfect, and the curtains look great. They do not block every ounce of light, but it's still a significant amount. I can just barely see the outline of the window when it's daylight and the curtains are close. I would still purchase these again.
