I got this on [...] as one of the cheaper canopies I could find. I am not anticipating using it A LOT or I would have invested more. It is a basic slant canopy that goes up in 5 minutes and comes down in 5 minutes. Both actions do require a second person due to the size of it. It seems to be a good quality, but with this price level, I would assume you wouldn't want to leave it out in the elements permanently. I'm pleased with my purchase.
Purchased this and went right to an outdoor event. Everything seemed sealed however, there was No instructions what so ever. No ground stakes in the box either. Someone who knew how to set these up was thankfully able to help me. First gust of wind came along and immediately bent one of the main poles like it was made of cardboard. The clips on the main support poles are cheap plastic so, once the pole bent even the slightest we were unable to even collapse it to get it down. Yes, we managed t o use it for the day but it's now in the trash. Expensive shade for an afternoon. If you decide to go with this I would check for stakes before your event AND I would recommend some rope and additional support stakes.
I bought this canopy so that my whole family could stay on the beach longer on our family trip-we are all pretty pale. The first 2 times we put it up, it was great-minus the fact that, like another reviewer, there were not any stakes in the bag. It was easy to put up and provided a lot of shade and seemed to do well with the wind- that is, until the third time we put it up. One gust of wind that third day and the legs buckled like they were made of aluminum-not steel which is what it's suppo sed to be made out of. The legs contorted so badly that they actually ripped and we could barely fold it back up to be able to put it in the trash can. I'm glad that we got a few days out of it, but I was so sad that I paid so much for just a few uses. I can't recommend this product.

I bought this canopy and set it up in less than five minutes (alone) and took it down and had it back in the bag in about as many minutes. I am a female of average strength. I eased the top down and in at the same time, then worked my way around a couple of times until it could be laid on its side to go in the bag. The bag has wheels and a stand up support to keep it from tipping over in storage. I think this is a great value.
