I purchased this printer from a local department store to replace my HP Photosmart C6180. I love this printer already...it's a wonderful upgrade from my old HP. For most of the day, I've been getting familiar with the many features this all-in-one has to offer. I absolutely love the wifi access for my computer especially my smartphone. Having the ability to scan/print documents directly to and from my smartphone is awesome! The automatic double sided scan & print feature is the best. Those days of manual double side printing are over! These are just some of the features I've tried so far. Just when I thought I've discovered everything, I noticed some other features of printing ruled/graph paper, ID copying, email printing and so much more. If you're looking for an inexpensive, high-tech, replacement or first time multi-function printer, this Epson Workforce 3520 is the way to go! You will not be disappointed...

I have owned it for about 5 months now and it has worked flawlessly. Prints fast and clear, fax works great, printing envelopes works great, scan and copy work great. This is the best printer I've owned and I'm 40 years old. I've owned about 7 printers including this one. [...] printers have to be the worst of all printers I've owned. And the Epson Workforce 3520 is definitely the best. I got it for [$] which is a really great price for it at Target. The in last about an average amount of time. Not a long time,but not a short either. It has a high capacity of paper holding about 350 sheets. Very quick and easy to setup.

Printer found on web review of all makes and models that met my home printing requirements and having positive customer feedback. I ordered the unit over the phone from Epson customer service because I had a few tech/shipping questions to ask before I committed to a specific model. Customer service representitive, after a very short wait on hold, answered all my questions and took my order in a courteous, professional manner. Printer arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and within 2 day s of ordering. Written setup instructions were very clear and quite intuitive. Software driver loading via enclosed CD was smooth except for an error message that stayed up continually over the installation window warning that the installation was not complete due to error. I reset several times, and then ignored the warning, allowing the drivers to load at their own pace. Installation was finally reported as complete and a test of the printer showed that everything worked. Print speed is three or four times faster than my previous printer for B&W text, and print and scan quality is excellent. Paper capacity is much greater than my previous printer. After using the printer for my limited requirements for only a day, I am very satisfied with its performance, appearance, and ease of use.

Just got this printer today and my initial impression is very positive! Set up was step by step written out and easy to follow. In a very short time I was printing, scanning and the fax set up is ready to go. Not one glitch... Print speed is very quick and copy results are clear and sharp!

Have been using printer for a couple of weeks and love it. Was very easy to install but did have to try twice before I realized that a download was loading to update the printer configuration - a small detail left out of the quick instructions. I ended up turning off the printer before it was finished and then when I turned it on again it finished and connected to my wireless router just fine and I did not have to connect with a USB cable either. Am sure I will continue enjoying it!!

I just set up my WF 3520 and it was so simple, it was too good to be true! Instructions are easy to follow- even for a Mac. I hope the printing is as good as the setup. Just had to share that even tho I haven't even printed anything big yet, the setup was simple and a welcome relief from years of setting up other brand printers.

Just setup my new Epson WF-3520. It could not have been easier. Very straight forward process. Everything works and I am back in business after my old printer stopped printing properly. Seems to be very good value but the setup was simple and fast. I appreciate that. Glen

After years of sticking with another popular brand, I gave this one a try after my old all-in-one printer stopped working. It always drove me nuts that my old printer would take forever, moving the ink cartridges back and forth, spinning the paper feeders, hemming and hawing for 30-60 seconds, before it started simply printing! I haven't tested all of the features of my new EPSON, but I can say it is very fast, the scanning and copying work well, it has lots of features including support for Ai rPrint, setup was a breeze, print quality is fine, and it JUST WORKS for my small business.

I've read the Quick Guide and there is no mention of the rear paper feeder. I cannot get it to operate. As one other reviewer so aptly stated: "Still trying to figure out how to use rear mounted paper feed for items like envelopes and pre-printed business forms, like checks, etc: PLEASE send instructions to my e-mail address (entered above). I have given this printer a 3-star rating, only because one of its features is not documented and fails to operate: the rear paper feed.

Have been using the 3520 for several months and overall I like the product but it has a serious problem with its fax automatic pick-up function. Check PC magazine reviews for similar complaints. The machine will start to pick up a fax in the middle of a phone conversation. I have changed the distinctive ring several times with the same problem. If you need this machine to pick up a fax automatically don't buy it until Epson acknowledges the problem and has a software/firmware update.
