I received the wipes that come in the purple package, not the green ones pictured on the site when I purchased them -- the purple package containes ingredients that I prefer not to use. I am returning the whole box. I wish they had the ones in the green package - those were the best wipes,

These are the only truly biodegradable wipes that I have found out there! They have no scent or chemicals and can clean any body part that's messy, including hands and mouths. We put them in a closed bucket in the baby's room. When full, we bring them out to our compost pile, mix them in, and they disappear in the muck and help make soil. I convinced my husband to use cloth diapers, but cloth wipes was too much, so this was our conpromise, and he's been willing to stick with it even though they are more expensive. He likes that they don't smell like baby powder and little man can lick his fingers after being wiped up with them and not get nasty in his mouth.The only drawback is that they come in packs of 70 with a kind of small hole from which to remove them, and they don't "pop up" like the wipes in the plastic tubs. We helped the problem by opening up the gwipes packages and reusing some of the cuter plastic tubs to hold them.... made it much easier. If you're not going to use cloth wipes, this is the next best thing since they do actually biodegrade.
