Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund. My 5 year old daughter just LOVES her boots. We bought the black pair first. They are easy for her to get on and zip herself. Many shoes aren't very comfortable for her but these are perfect. I thought they were a little pricey and hoped they would go on sale. I didn't buy them when I first saw them. Next time, she was with me, and we bought them. She has had them a few weeks and loves them. She asked me for the brown pair. I went back to store. OH NO! They were OUT completely. No brown, no black, no sizes. I came home and ordered them online!
