This product definitely sounded gimmick-y, but with how long it takes and how often I straighten out my super long, wavy/curly, thick hair, I figured it was well worth a shot! It did seem as if it did decrease blow drying time a little bit, versus the average 40 minute go for me, but it wasn't by any means an amazing difference. It did shed off a few minutes. However, maybe it could do more for someone with thinner hair. The brush also feels extremely light which I didn't love, it made me feel like I had to really get a grip on it while blow drying, or else my blow dryer could have blown it away! All in all, it's okay, maybe a little bit better, but with my type of hair, I think I was wishing this product would make more of a difference in my blow-dry time. Sorry if I let anyone down by reading this review, I know, I wish it was a little bit more than it was too. But if its any consolation, I do think it could work really well for someone with a different hair type!
I have long hair, at waist, so it did make a big difference in the drying time. In humid WI, average time sans hairdryer for me is about 4 hours. Using this first, less than a half hour. But if you like the wave in your hair, don't bother, as this will pull it out.
Okay basically this brush is amazing in my opinion & from my use of it! It has Microfiber towel bits so that when you brush your towel dried hair it soaks the excess water sparing your hair from the damaging heat of the blow dryer. From my experience My hair frizzed a itty bit but totally worth it! Like I said it spared me the extra heat from the blow dryer that damages my already dyed/bleached&dried out hair! I just brushed my towel dried hair with the Quikstyle brush, sprayed a leave -in conditioner or Moroccan Argan Oil and it dried out smooth!
This gives you a slightly faster drying time by removing more water from your hair. I would recommend keeping the care directions handy because you do have to maintain the bristles/towel bristles correctly for it to work.
When I first saw this brush, I was a little skeptical, but I'll give anything a try if it means less time with a blowdryer! I got it in the mail as a sample. It really works. It takes about half the time to dry my hair if I use this brush. I wasn't sure about the microfiber bristles - I thought they would get a little stinky or mildewy from absorbing the water, but I have used it just about every day now for three weeks and no problem at all. I just give it a quick dry with my hairdryer - about 1 min - after I am finished and we are good to go. Overall, I think it is a fantastic product. I just bought 2 more for my girls, so they stop taking mine each morning...less time drying hair is priceless to us!
I love this hairbrush because it shortened my blowdry time by at least 10 minutes! I don't have to use another brush, it detangled and helped my hair dry faster easily. My hair is really thick and long so anything that can hasten styling is really a blessing as blowdrying is not an option for me - if I don't I end up with a fuzzy mess. The brush is also good quality, as I have had a few handles break off my brushes before I have used them long and this one is sturdy and well made. If this one d oes wear out I will definitely buy another after getting this one a sample product. Even if your skeptical, I would say try it because I was and it has been a product I would have missed now in my styling, blowdry routine.
I received this brush to try as a sample. I have long, thick hair and it takes FOREVER to get it dry. My hair has natural wave and I usually devote an hour to blow drying and straightening my hair everyday! The Goody Quickstyle brush was easy to use and it did help minimize some of my blow drying time. It met my expectations and is a product I will continue to use.
I have super thick hair past my shoulders. Most of the time I think this brush does drastically shorten my drying time when used with my hair dryer. But I can't say that I see a difference just brushing my wet hair with it and letting my hair air dry.

I haven't had it for more than a week, but it seems pretty nice. Has a nice, light design so it doesn't exhaust your arm when you're blow drying your hair. Works nice even when you're not blow drying your hair, just brushing it, say, after the shower. I have medium thickness to my hair with a natural wave and it seemed to agree with me, however I've read other reviews that say it's not too great with super thick or super curly hair. One other thing, it does need a little bit of upkeep, there ar e directions on the back of the container it comes in telling you how to keep it in the best shape. Nothing SUPER crazy, but more than a normal hairbrush!
