Received my Hello Kitty microwave today. It is so darling and very functional. I tested several items that I regularly cook or reheat and it worked perfect! I had been looking for a pink microwave for months and months and this one is soooo cute. Thanks Target for the fast delivery! I really didn't think I would get it until after Christmas. It looks so cute with my Hello Kitty toaster. I am satisfied with the quality and the price.
I love Hello Kitty and wanted to make my kitchen hello Kitty based for nostalgic reasons. It is very cute and does heat with some adjustments. Here are the cons You have to double the cook time for most things as this is a low watt microwave. I love Hello Kitty. My husband got this Hello Kitty microwave for me last Christmas. I was skeptical at first, by reading some of the reviews here, I thought it would not work that great. But oh boy, I was wrong. It works perfectly like any microwave. If you love Hello Kitty, this is a great buy!
I took out of the box, and did not work at all, so I had to return it
Had no problems whatsoever with the microwave, let's get that straight. The problem my wife and I had was with the misleading online ad for it. We purchased this unit a few days ago and had it shipped right out. We went in to our local Target store today to pick up a few items, and to our surprise, the "Online Only" microwave was not only in stock on the shelf, but it was only [..] and that wasn't a sale price. We purchased it today and plan on returning the online purchase as soo n as it arrives. Again, nothing wrong with the unit itself, but ads can be deceiving.

You can only heat items for full minutes or 30 seconds. There is no option to intupt heat time for 1 minut 45 seconds. Even though the plate inside rotates- there is ALWAYS a hot spot on your plate and a portions of food that stayed cold. I really bought this for its looks but not satisfied with the way it heats up food.
