This World History of Art in five volumes follows the evolution of art and features the greatest masterpieces of human history from the prehistoric era right up to today.
The work is the product of three years of collective research, and the authors make use of almost 1,000 exceptional reproductions of great works, each one representative of its respective epoch. It describes all of the great artistic movements in the history of art, discussing each movement’s manifestations on five different continents.
