Here's the trick to stacking them -- the tops and bottoms of the cubes ARE NOT IDENTICAL. To stack them and get the pegs to work, you must align them top-to-bottom. Any other alignment WILL NOT clip together easily or securely.

These cubes are awesome! I just re-decorated my daughter's room, I've been researching different storage options for a long time. Storage can be so expensive, so when I came across these for 9.99 a cube, I couldn't believe it. Before I had the traditional 9 cube storage bin, which really doesn't hold a lot of items, think toys-young children. The cubes are quite large in size, and hold a lot of stuff! I love how versatile they are, you can stack them on top of each other just about any way you want. You can face them out and flip them up, whatever you want to do with them. The material is good quality, they are heavy duty material, they won't crack easily. Also easy to clean. I think these will last for years, and we can move them around as needed. I am extremely pleased! I'm getting ready to get more so I can re-do my son's room!

These cubes are amazing. You can build any configuration out of them and they are very sturdy. We have 8 cubes we use for my toddlers play room and they have stood up really well. She climbs on them and goodness knows they are chock full of a million toys and books. They really help organize the chaos in a safe, sturdy, affordable way. They are a nice large size, many other brands of cubes seems to be several inches smaller then these. There are no sharp pointy corners, all the corners are roun ded which I love. They can be mixed and matched with the containers, shelves and doors. I loved the fact that I could buy a few at a time, which made them much more affordable then getting one large piece of wooden shelving.

If you are using these cubes individually they are fine. Very sturdy for the price. However, they don't stack at all! No matter what I tried I could not get them positioned in the correct way for the plastic snap things to connect them together. Very frustrating, especially since I purchased them to stack! Oh and DON'T buy the door! It is flimsy and won't stay closed, it just keeps popping open.I've since went and purchased JetMax cubes that they sell at Michaels Craft store when they had them for 40% off.

I love these cubes. I homeschool my kids and I bought three for each of them. The kids store their books and school supplies in them in our school room. I have had mine for 2 years and they have held up beautifully. They are easy to put together and attractive. I just bought three more!

These go great with the itso canvas bins and hold TONS of stuff. Very sturdy, you can stack 2-3 if you like and they come with little pins to hold the stacks together.

As I was shopping for storage options for my 8 year old son's room, he came across the store display of the itso cubes. We bought him five cubes and all the accessories. My husband and I spend too much time trying to connect the cubes together with the "pegs" that came with the cubes. They were worthless. They kept popping out. I went back to Target determined to return everything (with my son in tears). I went back and looked at the display and wondered why it was so appealing and wh y my attempts to assembled the cubes failed. Then I realized that the store display did not use the pegs that came with the cubes, the store model was bolted together (and also used cinch straps on the back side). I went home, sent my husband to the hardware store for 1/4" x 1 1/2" nuts and bolts. They held together so well that I went back to Target and bought 2 more cubes. My son loves it and it motivated him to totally clean up his room. One of those container stores sells a very similar product (made out of galvanized metal) for about [$] per cube as opposed to the approximate [$] for the itso cubes. We got the same "look for less".

This was exactly what i was looking for didn't have to put it together, It is a little bigger than i thought it was going to be but that was a good thing. So happy with it that I have 4 of them now.

I don't have a lot of room for storage in my house, so I need something that is compact but still large enough to store and organize all of my yarn. I saw these in the weekly ad and decided to give them a try. They are fantastic! I purchased 2 of these cubes and 2 bin/drawers and I've been able to fill them with more than 1/2 of my yarn stash. I have tucked them into my sliding door closet in the laundry room and they are nice and neat looking. I will definitely be going back to buy 2 more to s tore my crochet magazines/books, and accessories. I'm thinking about getting the 'feet' to keep it up off the floor, but I haven't decided. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering getting these. They are very sturdy.
