It is not even from use, as a few of the bins were just being stored, waiting to be used, and the have come unglued at the seams and just fallen apart.

I ordered this product based on the width of 11.4 inches as shown in the product description. In fact the width at the top is 6 1/2 inches tapering down to 5 1/2 inches. although I liked the quality and style, since the size was not what I needed and will now have to look for something else.
