Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite carrier! Great product! We used it with our daughter since she was two months and she loves it still!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To Use I enjoy this carrier. I have used it around the house as well as on family vacation. It was quick and easy to get on and my baby seemed very comfortable. My husband and I were both able to use it which we could not do with our previous carrier. I liked the extra cover for two reasons, one that it could be removed and washed and two it provided some variety. I also liked the face out position and used it a lot. My favorite thing about this particular carrier is the distribution of weight being carried on your hips and back. I could wear the Medley for extended periods of time while walking and it never hurt or put strain on my back like other carriers. I really liked using it. I had many people ask if I liked the Medley while I would wear it around and I would always recommend it to them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product I like that this carrier has the option to face out in front of me. My baby is at an age where she likes to be facing forward. The front of the carrier is cushy and soft for my baby. I like the removable cover on the front. That's the place that usually gets dirty, and it will nice to be able to remove that part and wash it. It's very cute, and has a classy look to it. I do wish that the back strap around the waist had more to it (cushion, or something). It's seems like it could use a little more support on the back strap at my waist.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great carrier! Great price! I was initially skeptical about the Medley because I have a super comfortable [...]. But my 8 month old baby has never liked facing in for very long, so even though I like the[...], my baby doesn't last very long in it before she gets uncomfortable. I was eager to give the Medley a try because the baby can face out AND it still has a waist support belt to put the pressure on my hips instead of my back. I gotta say, I'm really happy with the Medley! It is comfortable for me; I can wear it for hours at a time with no problem! And my baby seriously LOVES it, more than the other carriers I have. It's really a great price, and I love that it is lightweight and breathable. I do wish the waist support belt was padded all the way around. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But it's still my go-to carrier right now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing parts The baby carrier was easy to put together, unfortunately while putting it on I noticed that one of the main clips to hold the baby in was missing. The waist strap seemed comfortable. The top clip, on the other hand had not been sewn on. I was unable to even put my child in it because it would have been very unsafe. The carrier came with a cover that was easy to put on and take off, which would be nice incase it got dirty. The author of this review received a free sample of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, great product! The Medley Baby Carrier was a little confusing to put on at first but once reviewing the instructions, it is a breeze to use. PROS: Comfortable with my 7 month old , who is 16 lbs, AND my almost 2 year old, who is 30 lbs, both forward and backward facing, adjustable for both my husband and I to use, easy to put on by yourself, and an easy to clean cover. CONS: Takes a few minutes and adjustments to find the most comfortable position for child and adult. We have 2 other carriers that we have used prior with our daughters: a similar carrier by another brand and a fabric wrap type. The Medley carrier was the fastest to get in and out of AND could be used by both my husband and I without worrying about the sizing . . S, M, L, XL. Our favorite feature is the flexibility to use with our baby and toddler because all of the straps and buttons. The only improvement I would suggest is clearer instructions. Overall, great product! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Carrier This is a great product. I have used a different brand carrier in the past, and I found this JJ Cole carrier much easier to put on and much more comfortable than the other brand. The amount of padding on this carrier was amazing. While carrying my 23 pound son, my shoulders and back were never in pain. I do have some back problems, but I did not have any issues while using this carrier, so I was highly impressed with how comfortable it was. I love the high weight limit on this carrier. A previous carrier I had used only goes up to 26 pounds, but this carrier goes all the way to 35 pounds. The fabric seems very durable. I love the pattern on the removable washable cover. The cover is very easy to put on and remove. The carrier seems very sturdy and secure. While carrying my 23 pound son, I was goofing around with him and bouncing up and down and never feared for his safety. He was very secure and comfortable in the carrier. The only problem I encountered was that I could not keep the top completely folded down while using my son in the forward facing position. I did read the instructions, but perhaps I was not following them correctly because it would periodically pop up while I wore it. It was not a major issue, but it was one thing that did not seem to be fully functional. However, overall I love the JJ Cole carrier and would highly recommend it to family and friends looking for a carrier. The author of this review received a free sample of the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome! WELL MADE: I have a 13 lb two month old and a 35 lb two year old that I have carried in this carrier. With 35 lbs being the weight limit for this product, you would think it killed my back. Well, it didn't and I was very surprised that there was not much of a difference on my back between 13 and 35 lbs. Also, after switching from my newborn to my two year old in this carrier, it was very easy to adjust the straps, so my two year old could fit. It literally took a matter of seconds. The buckles on this are very heavy duty, and I have no worries carrying my two year old. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT: I really like that this carrier has head support buttons on each side of the head area for my infant, so her head doesn't flop around. I am able to walk around and not constantly have my hand behind her head to keep it stable. She seems very secure and comfortable in this carrier. I also like that this carrier comes in black, but you have the option to add the "carrier cover", which adds a pretty design to the carrier. COMPARED TO SIMILAR PRODUCTS: I will not be going back to my cheap baby carriers. In my opinion, it is very much worth the little extra money and have a product that you are confidant your baby will be safe and comfortable in. I have two of the [...] carriers, that I ended up never using, because 1.) They dig into my babies legs and leave marks, which makes me assume it's uncomfortable. The JJ Cole carrier has a seat extender. At 13 lbs and up, this gives your baby a more comfortable seat and does not dig into their little legs. 2.) The lack of head support for my infant. With the [...], I always rolled up a receiving blanket for extra support behind her head. 3.) Cheap brands are a killer on my back. I have four kids that were all around 9 lbs at birth and it took a toll on my back. The JJ Cole carrier is wonderful, with no effect on my back. THINGS I DON'T LIKE: This carrier is a big larger and takes up more room than the cheaper brands. I can't just roll it up and throw it in my diaper bag, like I could my other ones. The reason why it is bigger is because of the wonderful back support though. So it will be worth not being able to store in my diaper bag. Overall, I really like this carrier. I think that it will be very helpful to me, as a mother of 4. I will be using this for grocery shopping and trips to the park, so my hands will be free and available for my other children.
