John Frieda's Hot Air Brush is rated 4.3846 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to style It's very easy to style and creates a nice blow-out look. Only reason I took a star off is the echoing noise when turning it off. Other than that I like it a lot. Much easier than using two hands, trying to coordinate a brush and a hair dryer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does the job but could be hotter. Works well...better than holding brush in one hand and dryer in other. I have thick hair so I have to get some of the water out with normal dryer first and finish with this product. I would like for it to be hotter but I do not want damaged hair so this may be why it is not hotter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great piece of equipment. This is a great styling tool. It frees up your hands. I rough dry my hair and then star by sections to finish the style and complete the drying. I do wish the cool setting was a separate button. All in all, I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this tool! This wonderful hot air brush is the solution for people (like me) who aren't that talented at working both a dryer and a brush at the same time. It gets warm enough and blows enough air to dry hair while enabling you to brush it out smooth. It is easy to handle and doesn't tangle or pull hair. How cool is that?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ella I like the styling blow dryer because it is easy to use. It heats quickly and dries very well. It has a large (1.5 inches) barrel so it only makes large curls or puts in body. My hair is short so it straightens mine and adds body, but if your hair is longer, it would make large soft curls, I'd think. It is a very good quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great styling tool I bought this to use in place of a round brush used with my hair dryer. I could never get that to work as well as I would like and when I looked into buying a higher quality round brush this hot brush was around the same price. I have pretty thick hair, so I don't use this to dry my hair but it styles great. I use my regular hair dryer first until my hair is about 90-95% dry, then use this to style. It works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happily Surprised I have very fine hair and have struggled to get it to hold any volume. I tried it today and my hair looks just like it did when I left the salon last week. On another site a reviewer pointed out that it's not any better than using a round brush with a hairdryer, but if you're like me and have never been able to get the hang of that (especially in the back) this is perfect.
