It's a time of technological advancement, where human strength and ability are regularly augmented through biomechanical replacement parts and doping. These advances are occurring at such an alarmingly fast rate that a new breed of criminals has begun emerging - stronger, faster, more capable and less ethical than ever before, blurring the lines between petty crime and terrorism. The police and military are unable to keep up, and the streets are becoming more and more chaotic by the day. Enter the executioners. They're augmented as well, but offer their services to anyone with sufficient motive (and money) to want someone else dead. Mondo Zappa, a newly recruited executioner, hunts criminals wielding a Japanese katana in his right hand and the crushing power of biomechanical engineering in his left via a blood-powered gunmount. Dozens of extra missions outside the main story give players access to unlockable outfits, money to upgrade weapons, and 'Gigolo Mode' to seduce the various beautiful women Mondo meets throughout the story.
