Lullaby Glider Rocker - Sage Stripe product details page

I wasn't sure how this glider would be as it was on the internet. My son's nursery is from PB. I didn't want to pay the price of the gliders there so I checked out this one. It was delivered directly to our home and the color is a PERFECT match to the PB green. The rocker is very comfortable and I love how it rock and swivels. I also purchased the ottoman. My husband is over 6 ft and he also is very comfortable in the glider. Would HIGHLY recomend this Glider!

Great chair made of excellent quality! It glides extremely smoothly without making a sound. It's definitely more of a cream colored chair with sage striped accents. I actually prefer it to the picture because it softens up our nursery nicely. It has a pottery barn look that will match our bedding perfectly! The only downside is that it's not overly comfortable. It's comfortable enough, but it's not a soft cozy chair that you sink in. It'll work perfectly while I'm nursing because I'm pet ite and it'll naturally keep me in a comfortable position, but I worry that it's not a chair my son and I can cozy up in with a book. Regardless, we're extremely happy with it and are hoping to break it in over time!

We received our glider from target.com a few weeks ago, we were first of all very impressed with the packaging. It arrived on an extremely rainy day, and I was afraid the furniture got soaked...but when we unpacked it, it was perfect! Nothing to put together, just unpack, put it where you want it, and your in business! I love it, its beautiful cream color with a fine sage stripe. Its comfortable, and supportive for rocking or nursing baby, and we also bought the matching ottoman, it glides alon g with the chair quietly and comfortably. I hope to keep this beautiful piece of furniture for many many years.

A word of caution before you have this shipped. I ordered this chair about 3 weeks ago and kept calling Target customer service to find out when it would be delivered. I was told 4 times that I'd receive an email or phone call from the delivery company...no such luck. After a fifth call to Target I was told it would arrive on a Tuesday and would once again receive a phone call the Monday prior to set up a delivery window. I was also told that the item would be brought into my home and taken to the nursery. Not only did they deliver it a day early, but they left it on my doorstep in a massive box that had no chance of fitting through the door. I am due in 5 weeks and my husband is out of town for a couple days. I would love to tell you what this rocker is like but it's currently sitting on my doorstep as I wait for a neighbor to help me try and move this thing.

We shopped for months for the perfect glider for our nursery, saw everything in the Dallas/Ft Worth metro area. Our requirements were that it sit high off the ground, as I am 5'10" and had a c-section, and that the arms be at a height to facilitate nursing. The only chairs we found that met both criteria were well over [..]. We ordered this chair on faith after reading the reviews posted by tall people and it is perfect for our needs, and comfortable. Surprisingly, the depth is also genero us, the edge of the chair is close to the bend of my knees (important for comfort on those long nights!). The color is very different from the picture, but we were expecting that. It's too bad we can't post owner pictures... Imagine the picture at 1/2 brightness of sage and you have a pretty good idea of what it looks like from a distance.

I was hesitant to make such a large purchase site-unseen, but I went ahead and got the chair and matching ottoman. They are beautiful, and they look high-end - no one believes me when I say I got it from Target. Save yourself the disappointment and look up ticking stripe on the web if you are not familiar, so you don't expect it to be greener than it is - it's a classic sage green ticking stripe on a cream background. I think it's a perfect pattern, not too busy and very subtle. We have used th e chair for 6 months, and the only issue is that it has started sqeaking and groaning when we rock. I'm pretty sure if I use some WD40 it would fix the problem, I just haven't gotten around to it. Overall, a great buy - I'd definitely purchase it again even with the squeak! Oh, and a previous reviewer was right - it rocks and glides, which I love because my baby prefers the rocking motion to gliding.

This chair is better than I could have ever hoped for. Considering the other chair I was looking at was [$], I was a little unsure of this one's quality. Well, it was excellent - perfect, tucking, lines, everything - exceptional. Ottoman the same. I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone.

As all the other comments say, the glider looks much more white than green. However I knew that going in and I was going for a really light colored chair anyway...so it works perfect for my room. Its pretty comfy, but a touch stiff. Maybe with some more use I'll break it in. I am 5'7'' and it has good head support. I also like that it was a couple inches smaller than most other gliders. I have a 10x10 room with a crib, dressor, hutch and the glider! If the glider was even 2'' bigger, it wouldn' t have fit. Overall, very happy with my purchase. The only downfall is that is a little stiff and I was not happy about paying almost .. for shipping when the chair and ottoman only cost .. Shipping accounted for ONE THIRD of the total cost which I think is a rip off.

I ordered the glider and ottoman after many weeks of searching both in stores and online. I was very hesitant to order this item unseen. If you contact Little Castle, they will send you a fabric color swatch so that you can be sure if it will match your nursery. After getting my fabric swatch, I took a chance and ordered the chair. It arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order and I have to say that I am very pleased. It is comfortable and looks VERY nice! The ottoman is great as well and it glid es. Overall, worth the price and I'm glad I chose to purchase this chair.

I bought this glider about a year ago, and had held off writing a review because I wanted to know if this glider really works as well as it looks. It really does! I have used this glider everyday for over a year now, and it is still good as new. The seat and back cushions are in prestine shape, with no visible wear or indentations. Because it is not like the regular gliders with wooden frames, I've gotten so many compliments on it. It's a great buy, and if I need a second glider, I will buy thi s again.
