The smart wheel design allows for easy opening and closing and by twisting the clip it becomes firmly attached to baby's clothes. The flexible ring fits all MAM pacifiers as well as competitor pacifiers with a knob. The pacifier clip can also be used with ring handle pacifiers once the flexible ring is removed.
