Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the Job Done Well This is probably the best manual breast pump available for the price. It works well, is fairly easy to clean, and works perfectly with my Kiinde Twist Pouch breastmilk storage bags. I rarely use the bottles and nipples that came with the pump, but not because they are lacking in any way. It comes with extra membranes and a nifty stand (if you're using the provided bottles), and I can assemble the whole shebang with one hand making it convenient and quick to pump whenever you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for on the go use!!! I love this pump! I have an electric pump at home but I am a on the go mommy! So being out and about I love having this pump on hand wherever I am. It's small and lightweight and fits great in the diaper bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when in a pinch I needed this while I was waiting for my double automatic Medela pump. I just had my baby and she was having latching problems so I got this to survive until my other pump came. It worked well and I actually like it despite having to pump myself but it's really not that bad. It just became a bit much when I was using it every feeding time and would have to pump each side. If it's just for every once and awhile or a few times but not all feeding times a day I recommend it. The price is right for the quality and it was easy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comes in handy Definitely a must have for breastfeeding and pumping moms on the go. Small enough to fit All parts (including the bottle) in a quart sized ziplock bag and throw it in my purse/diaper bag! I don't get as much with this as my electric pump but I know others who do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very efficient I usually use the Medela pump in style advanced double electric, but I wanted something easier, quicker and quieter for a middle of the night pumping. I get the same amount in about the same time with this as with my electric pump, but it is only one side. It helped to watch some video reviews and how tos online to improve my efficiency with it. I would definitely recommend this pump.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best manual pump you can't go wrong with this pump is the best manual pump out there easy to use, easy to clean

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase This hand pump has been great to have in addition to my electric Medela pump. I seem to get more milk in less time with the hand pump, and think it's because I can vary both the suction and speed manually vs on the electric pumps the suction increases as the speed increases. I have actually used this more now than my electric pump. It also seems it has helped to decrease my overall pumping time.

What it is: This compact manual breast pump is a lot more technically savvy than it lets on. The rotating pump handle allows you to pump light and fast to get milk flowing, and then deeper and harder once your milk has let down. The mechanism is so easy and smooth you can pump with a single finger (though you’ll still need your other hand to hold the phalange). If you are an everyday pumper, you’ll need an electric pump, but for the occasional pumper this is ideal.

What to watch out for: There really are no negatives here other than the ones that apply to all manual pumps: This does not provide nearly the suction that an electric pump does, and only allows you to pump one breast at a time.
