I am normally 5'5" and 135 lbs and wear a size 6-8 in dresses and a medium in shirts. I bought this in an XS bc of the reviews and they were absolutely correct. This thing runs huge. I am 7 months pregnant and the xs fits me fine with plenty of room to grow. So it just depends on how you want it to fit. If you want it to show off your bump and you're not worried about other curves, I'd definitely recommend going 1-2 sizes down. If you're heavier in other areas and want something very forgi ving, then just size down one size. This is comfy, soft and the perfect dress. It will be great in the summer. But just fyi there is no upper support, you will need a bra and probably a cami b/c the V neck is very deep. I also think you could get away with getting this dress in the non-maternity style in your regular size , though one size down will still fit nicely, and I think it'll fit you fine during your entire pregnancy and afterward. I decided to do that in another color.

This dress is so flattering. I ordered a small and probably shouldve ordered an XS, even with my 8 mo. pregnancy belly. Im 5'5" at 150 lbs, 8 months pregnant but it still seemed somewhat big on me. All in all though, the dress is very pretty and comfy. I wore it to my baby shower.

Nice looking and comfortable. I could not wear it though it was too big. I normally wear 18/20 and the xxl was way too big.

This dress is great, it can be paired with a chunky belt and fun jewelry since it has the fun plunged neckline. It looks great with flats or wedges and is extremely comfy. The pictures advertising this dress do not do it justice, it is really cute and versatile in person, you definitely have lots of fun with this dress.
