I know the style is supposed to be longer, but it was way too long on me. I am 5'0" and it went past my knees a couple of inches. Other Target petite dresses and skirts are perfect length for me.

Looks more expensive than it is. Very fitted and perfect length. The navy & white is very nautical inspired. I am 5' 3", 118 lbs, and usually a 0 or 2, and petite xs hits about mid knee, and is super fitted around curves. Love.
