On most items, Target.com provides the option to select a signature upon delivery during the checkout process. By not choosing the signature option you are allowing the carrier to drop off an item without someone present. For certain items Target may require a signature. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package.

entering APO & FPO addresses
Shipping to friends and family serving overseas can seem foreign. On our site, it's easy. Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual. In the State drop-down menu, choose either: Armed Forces-Americas, Armed Forces-Europe or Armed Forces-Pacific. Note: If sending to Africa, choose Armed Forces-Europe.

refund/exchange policy
Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy. Those items will either show a "return by" date or "return within" day range under the item on your receipt or packing slip and in the "Item details, shipping" tab if purchased on Target.com. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund. A refund will be issued in the form of cash if returned to a store. If returned to Target.com, a refund will be issued in the form of an electronic Target GiftCard OR a physical Target GiftCard.
This skirt is really cute. I was very excited when I got it in the mail and it was actually cuter than it looked online. I ordered Athens Blue and the color is as rich as it looks in the picture. I am 5'4" and I ordered a medium. It is pretty long so I will have to wear a heeled sandal or hold it up while I walk but it is extremely flattering and comfortable.
