Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Mr. Coffee Steam Espresso Machine! This was a replacement for our old Mr. Coffee Espresso Machine which we had for many years. I recommend this for any espresso drinkers out there who are considering buying one for themselves. It is sturdy and will last through many uses. At my home, it's not unusual to make 2-3 batches a day and Mr. Coffee Espresso Machine delivers every time. Buy it - you won't regret it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Funny taste! I got this product as a gift a couple months ago. Ive dezcaled the machine with vinegar and ran regular water through it. The espresso tastes like a chemical, or melted plastic or something. The machine is great, but I cant drink the coffee:(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really struggling! I just bought this machine and I figure I've already ruined it. Nowhere in the instructions does it say to refill the machine with water before steaming so it sucked up all my milk. It eventually all came back, but I assume some is left inside to rot. Gross. The instructions also say to remove the frothing tip with the wrench on the scoop. I'm lost. I don't see a frothing tip. Maybe I missed something? The small inset picture on the parts diagram looks nothing like the frothing arm and frothing aid that are on my machine (or even shown in the large diagram). I'm sure the machine is fine, but for somebody with no experience these instructions are horrid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Little Machine This machine has great features it is easy to use and we bought tor replace the same exact model which developed a problem after a few years of use, still worked but had a problem with the vapor thingy, figured it was time for a new one and the original worked so good we replace it with the same exact model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap & Cheerfull This is a great little product. I'm a fancy lady when it comes to my coffee but not when it comes to my bank account, so this machine is perfect. It makes a great cup of espresso and heats up and froths the milk in a flash. The decanter did break on me while I was washing it, but since it was within a week of purchasing I called and they happily sent me a new one free of charge just the once. Great customer service! To be honest if it broke again a few months from now I'm not mad at paying 10 bucks for a replacement, which costs basically the equivalent of two grande's at Starbucks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You'll get the hang of it. At first, the coffee exploded as it was making my coffee, and the first thing i thought, "omg these reviews were right". Apparently i didn't secure the filter handle correctly and once i followed the directions it worked as it was supposed to. Thank Goodness! The only thing that i had to figure out on my own is, you will need another plain small cup of water after your coffee is done so you can steam your milk. Once your coffee is done, Remove the brewed coffee pot, turn it off & add more water into the machine . Now, put an empty cup where the coffee pot is supposed to be, turn on and brew the water so the water inside the machine gets hot and the water will begin to drip into the plain cup. once the water is dripping, place the cup of milk into the steam stick, and change the "brew" knob to "Steam" it''ll get messy at first till you get the hang of it. The reason why i wrote down how i figure out this nice pattern, is because once the coffee is done, there's no more water inside the machine to steam the milk, so remember get that extra small cup with water ready.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from this machine has become life! I have two, I've at my house and one at my boyfriend's house; I love the simplicity of making my espresso eachmorning, I actually have two lol. Excellent price too

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good for the price Purchased with great skepticism, considering the low price, but I trust the Mr. Coffee brand so thought i'd give it a try. Cons: The water doesn't reach the recommended 200 degrees to make espresso, reaches about 160 degrees. Only makes one little pot at a time - fine for 2 double capps, but otherwise it's one large capp at a time. It takes time to develop the skill to froth milk - instructions not helpful. Pros: Inexpensive, but still works after a year. Occasional hiccups, like espresso not making, or the steamer not working - usually resolves itself after a few hours.
