In 15 years of playing golf I've never seen a golf ball split after being hit off the tee. I have done that to 2 of these balls and will never buy another one again. And their website doesn't have any way of communicating with them to see about getting my money back.
The very first ball I hit off the tee split right down the middle. I was with another person so they saw what happened. I kept the ball to show other folks at the club what happened. It did not break into two pieces, you can open it and see what the core color is, that would be gray. I hit a Calloway Diablo Octane driver,10.5 deg. I probably won't buy any more of these.

i bought a dozen of these balls because they were out of the white ones. two of the balls split in two off the tee. the cover cracked on four of them. two of them had big dents in them. i have never had this problem with the white ones...i have been playing them for two years, and they are as long as any ball on the market. i wrote to nitro...no email address..., and never heard back from them. guess i will quit playing the white ones also. if they don't care, i don't either.
