Description
Stainless steel blade sharpened on both sides of each edge; blade is concave (curved) to cut flaps (also called dough shag, meaning shaggy dough) thinner than possible with a traditional straight razor. Plastic handle offset and wider near the blade for comfortable grip between thumb and forefinger; blade size 7/8 inch x 1-5/8inch; overall length (blade and handle) 5-3/4 inch. This lame fits into chef's shirt pocket and comes with a protective plastic blade cover for safe use and storage.
