Cake rings are ideal for the production of individual desserts, mousses, tarts, traditional & ice cream cakes. Made of a single metal strip with secure welding joining one end to other end to form a ring in which to prepare and yield a round dessert with neat straight sides. Bend resistance maintains roundness of ring when used responsibly, even with repeated use in commercial kitchens; ring is safe in dishwasher, oven and freezer. Grease interior of ring before use to make dessert easy to remove when it's ready; bottomlessness of ring also facilitates ease of release; if dessert is frozen, torch or blow-dry outside of ring to make removal of food product easy.
