Panasonic Black 2.2 Cu. Ft. Microwave Oven is rated 3.7222 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Best Microwave for about a year I loved this microwave while it was working properly. Heated quickly and evenly, sensor reheat was the best I'd ever seen getting food just warm enough but not burned or rock hard. I was able to easily warm milk or melt butter on lower power settings. Then after several months the door stopped closing so easily. I can still press hard or slam it shut (almost necessary after 2 years of deterioration) and have it work but I think it is no longer safe to. At first we noticed that if we ran the microwave it would interfere with wireless signals in our home network. After the door closing properly became much worse, the bread and hot dog buns I left on top of the microwave now are hard on bottom and soggy on top with moisture in the bags as if they have also been microwave reheated. I am able to repeat this; if the bread is on the counter on the other side of the kitchen it is fine, but becomes hard on bottom and the bag gets water droplets on the inside if left on the top of the microwave. If this microwave had lasted I would never buy anything different, but I can't afford to replace a microwave every year or two.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serves it's purpose. I replaced a 900W microwave which broke with the Panasonic 2.2 SF microwave and had not realized how large it was and the size of its footprint, exchsnged it for the smaller Panasonic 1100W. Remarkable the power difference, I'm still adjusting to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT PURCHASE Panasonic is the best microwave producer. I made the mistake of buying an el cheapo alternative and it lasted fewer than two years. I replaced it with this room 202 cu ft Panny.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Microwave great value I like it all, the looks are super, the only issue is that fingerprints and thats alot show each and every one. Should texture this front as its all smudges.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as my last one, but still okay My last microwave was also from Target and also a Panasonic. It was a bit smaller and had a rotating dial to set cooking time. Some how, quite amazingly (if you're easily amused perhaps ... as I am), the cup, plate, whatever you use, ended up ALWAYS facing you the way you put it it. So, a cup's handler was always right there for you, no matter how long the cooking time. This one doesn't manage to be that magical. I point this out in the hope some engineer out there sees this and realizes little things like that matter. One other thing I don't like so much about this one is the digital read out is quite dim and dingy. Again, not as good as my previous oven. Other than that, it does was a microwave should do, so yes, it's worthy of an "average" rating.
