Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best gift I ever bought my daughter for myself A little irritated the bowl cracked after the first use...but I'll never eat microwave popcorn again!!!! So delicious! My house smells like a movie theater!!! Great purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissappointing! I purchased this as an alternative to microwave popcorn. The first time I used it my family was pleased with the taste of the popcorn and the machine cleaned up well. But just like a previous reviewer, I found the lid to be severely cracked after it had been hand washed and had dripped dry in the drainer. The temperature changes must have done it. Poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very flimsy cover - great popcorn As far as making popcorn goes, this is a great product - works exactly like it should and makes great popcorn. Unfortunately, the plastic cover is cheap and flimsy - shortly after using it a few times, the cover started to crack - you have to hand wash it, so this is going to happen. and the cracks will spread as you wash it more and more. If the cover breaks, that pretty much means no more popcorn - it is not like there is a easy way to replace it and if there was, it would not last very long. I have had this product for 2 years now - been able to limp along with a severely cracked cover. With a thick durable cover, I would give this 5 stars - with a cheap flimsy plastic cover which WILL break, I recommend finding another popper

Rated 1 out of 5 by from piece of junk the first time you use this it works great. Then no matter what type of popcorn you use less than half pops. Tried to pop small amounts 1/2 cup at a time 3 batches unpopped kernals 1 cup. Not worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite kitchen item! I love this popper! It's easy to clean, tastes like movie popcorn, is way healthier than microwave popcorn, and my kids love watching the popping action. We've used it almost every day since it came.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Popcorn Popper This is a great popper! Don't skimp on the oil. the popcorn will burn. They say 1 1/2 TBLS. They mean it. I tried 1 and it burned. Have not had a issue since I use what they suggest. The price was excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased. It has worked great so far for us. We think the Jolly Time Pop popcorn, white kernals, taste the best in it. As far as the top for melting butter, that works perfect also. You just have to read the direction's, which say to put thinly sliced pats on butter on the top vent. It melts just fine. I also have used soft whipped butter. The only thing I don't like is the arm will grab a kernal and drag it , and then it makes that 'fingernails on the chalkboard' sound. But, I can live with it.
