I love being able to pull this out of my cupboard and in a minute or two have freshly squeezed orange juice, or whatever other kind of juice I want. I also love the fact that I can adjust the amount of pulp I want in the juice, because my husband and I have different preferences.
I needed a simple juicer for all the oranges my neighbor keeps giving me! This one was a great price. I like the size of the tub, the fact that you can choose how much pulp gets into the jug, and that it comes with two sizes of molds for different sizes of fruit.The two things I didn't like were that it was only available online, and the fact that the lid sits very low in the jug when you put the jug filled with juice into the fridge to keep.

There is nothing like fresh squeezed juice in the morning and with my proctor Silex Juicer I can do it with ease! Easy to work and even easier to clean,it produces wonderful juice with an effortless squeeze on the top of the machine.I highly recommend this product!!!
GREAT PRICE. It's hard to find these in the store, so I was very happy to find it online. I've juiced oranges and lemons. It works fine, but if you press down too hard, the motor stops until you let up and press gently. So, I don't feel I'm getting all the juice from the fruit. I had an older Proctor Silex model--that motor was great! It was very strong, and I felt like I could press the fruit down harder than with this one. I finally wore that one out. So, I'll just have to be more pat ient and squeeze more kindly and gently.

[...] I decided to purchase the Proctor Silex Juicit based on the reviews & cost. I was completely pleased. I washed it up prior to use & had it assembled within minutes. It is so easy to use that I had my almost 8 yo boys assist. They loved it! The juicer has a basket to adjust the amount of pulp as well as catch the seeds. It cleans the entire fruit out of the peel with a slight amount of pressure. I recommend this for anyone that enjoys making homemade lemonade or other citrus fruit beverages. I used 4 lemons & one lime, a gallon of cold water, with 2 cups of sugar, & stirred. I have only used the juicer once but plan to update my review after many uses & months of ownership since that will assist future customers with their decision to purchase.

I wanted a good quality juicer that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I trust the Proctor Silex brand name, and when I saw the good reviews here by previous buyers, I ordered one. First, I received my juicer sooner than I had anticipated. That was a nice surprise. This juicer is so easy to use! It's lightweight and compact, and it comes apart easily for washing. I am a petite woman in my 60's, so I don't have the strength to bear down very hard. With this juicer, I don't have to use much force to produce juice from citrus fruits with little or no waste. I'm delighted with this product and would highly recommend it.
