Revlon ColorStay Makeup with SoftFlex for Combination/Oily Skin product details page

I used ColorStay foundation in Cappuccino (always applied with a damp makeup wedge) for about 1.5 years when I was strike from MAC (I'm NW45/ NC50 there). There's huge positives-- ColorStay's coverage is tha bomb, it's affordable, a little goes a long way, the color matches perfectly, it lasts for HOURS with no touchup needed. However, it is FULL coverage meaning you must spend time removing with a good makeup remover; it will clog pores so I did find that I had to get a facial every month to d eep clean.This is a dupe for mac studio fix fluid so if you're thinking of saving money try this Revlon to see if you like it. I got so many compliments saying my skin looked so smooth when I wore this makeup. I absolutely loved using this but in the end it is too heavy for my breakout prone skin :-(

I am experienced with foundation. Revlon is the king of drugstore foundation. i love this foundation because it is light weight ther is no mask-like feeling, it has great medium/full coverage, is so blendable, looks natural, when applying this foundation be sure to apply in sectional areas of your face. meaning start applying in small sections beacause it does dry quickley. you dont even need a concealer or to set with powder. it last 12 hours and washes of with warm water and cleanser. it wont come off if you sweat and it doesnt come off on your clothes. if you get the combo/oily skin product (it has a dry skin one) it is quite mattifying and is the best drug store foundation out there.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation provides medium to full coverage on my oily skin with some acne scarring. I apply it with an ELF Studio flat-top powder brush which has been sprayed with 1 1/2 squirts of water. It covers easily without caking or feeling too heavy. It is true to its name colorstay...it does not budge! I've been swimming with it on, and my friend mentioned how surprised she was that my foundation was still on. It does help with controlling oily skin as well. I still like to touch up w ith powder every three-four hours. I've tried a lot of drugstore foundations on the quest for the perfect match, and this is it!

I needed a full coverage foundation that covered all my acne, didn't make my skin oily, and lasted at least 8hrs. AND IT DOES. con-it stinks,very thick,dries fast, looks cakey with powder. Will buy again.

I've been using this foundation since Revlon came out with it and I absolutely love it. It stays on for a very very long time, and the product does not transfer at all, it stays put. I must say the only downside is that when applying the product, it drys very quickly, so you have to work at a fast pace when applying. Besides that, awesome stuff and I would highly recommend it!

The Revlon Colorstay Foundation has been my foundation of choice for the past 5 years. I have very oily skin and it delivers good coverage and is transfer resist. Even on the hottest days it still delivers good coverage and stays put without clogging my pores. The coverage for this foundation is medium to full coverage. The price I recieved from Target online and in the store is still cheaper than that of your regular druigstores unless they have a sale. I hope Revlon does not discontinue this product.

this is hands down the best foundation i have EVER used! its a medium to full coverage and GREAT for oily or combination skin. it never wears off and stays on FOREVER! ive tried a lot of foundations before but this is definitely the best.. the ONLY thing i dont like is the price..but its worth the money!! :)

This is the perfect drug store foundation for summer! It blends perfectly, and lasts almost all day. The only thing i have to say is that it has a powerful smell which can last for a while, but overall this is a great product!

I love this foundation so much. I get compliments all the time on how I have a glow to my skin. Let me tell you, that is not a natural thing haha. It's all from this foundation. It stays on all day and looks great. It has medium to full coverage and its totally buildable if you want more coverage. I wear it during my choir concerts and it gets very hot on that stage and it still looks great afterwards. I know it can be a bit much compared to other brands but the few extra dollars are worth it! Love this!

Love this product. Have been using it for many years. Some people say it is heavy, I dab it on, and use a liquid makeup brush from [...] to even it out. A makeup wedge would do the trick too. I use it lightly for a nice base coat, and put some [...] over it, lightly. My skin tends to react to a lot of products, but this is not one of them.
