Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD I love this straightener!! It doesn't fry my hair, and my hair so shiny and straight! I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek design, hot plates, straight smooth healthy hair I just purchased this straightener on a whim, my expensive designer brand broke and I decided to run and grab one, overwhelmed with choices, I was just looking for something that wouldn't ruin my hair but would straighten it and also add some shine. So after looking at all the different types, this one seemed to have the most Features for the price. After using I am still being suprised at how quickly and efficiently it does my hair. Other than the location of the power button (easily turned off with placement of fingers while in use) I am very happy with it!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst iron I've ever used If you have extremely fine hair, this might work for you. But as for myself, it felt as if I was using a toy.. I couldn't help but get frustrated every time I used it. Maybe it just doesn't get hot enough, or the whole "infrared" thing (which does nothing) prevents it from giving off enough heat. It would cool down and get hotter randomly. If you have thicker hair, I would suggest buying an Andis high heat flat iron instead so you can adjust the heat better. I like it waaay better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed. I was not pleased with the little nub in between the clamp. It got caught in my hair. Every so often the straightener wouldn't clamp down on my hair like it was supposed to. I had to watch where to put my hands so I wouldn't turn off the straightener by accident. The only thing I like about this straightener is that it does not give hot spots in the hair.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sorry I was going to purchase after reading that this item actually helped improve your hair. But after reading the reviews I am not going to spend the money for an item that is not really user friendly. If the shut off is in an inconvenient place there needs to be a redesigned. I have MS and the feeling in my right hand is next to nil so I would not know if I was touching the on/off button...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible!!! I purchased this flat iron after I saw that it was all the rave on [...]! I am extremely disappointed in this product. It does a terrible job of straightening the hair. It turns off whenever it feels so and there isn't a place that I can put my fingers on so I don't get burned when straightening my hair. I would never repurchase!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't purchase This was the worst irons I've ever used. Disappointed because when I would use it my finger would hit the off button and I wouldn't know it until I realized it was cooling off. I didn't like that the body of the flat iron would get hot so I had no whee to hold it but the same spot where the on and off bottom was. The heat that it gave off was awesome. It heated up quickly. But I hate turning to hold it use it and make sure that it didn't get shut off. The author of this review received a free sample of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Straight Iron I used the straight iron on my hair several times and always loved the results. My hair was sleek, shiny and healthy looking. I was surprised by how much shine this iron added to my hair compared to my old one. The iron heated up quickly and I was able to straighten my hair in half the time of my old straightener. My only complaint about this item is the location of the power buttons. I kept turning the iron off, because the power buttons are located on the top of the device. Since the items heated quickly I didn't lose much time. I liked this straightener and plan to keep using it. If it wasn't for the location of the power buttons I would give it 5 stars.
