I plan on returning this unit b/c it fills up w/water & you have to empty it but there's no removable try so I have to bring the entire unit into the shower & tilt it over until all the water drains! Also it's a loud unit making it hard for me to sleep when it's on. And it doesn't cool the room as much as I'd like it to. Maybe my master bedroom is too big. Maybe this unit good for an apt size.
Bought over a month ago and works great. We have been using the a/c on a regular basis and been quite happy with it. The shipping on the product was speedy too. UPS rocks! Would recommend to friends and family. Kudos to the two previoius reviews as it helped in our decision.
This portable A/C unit saved my family this year. We live in a 1500 sq ft house without air, so I purchased the royal sovereign unit due to the extream heat this summer. This unit woks so well that I have never even have run it on high. The entire house is cooled even on the hottest of days. The was the best [$$$] bucks that I have even spent!
It has been insanely hot over the past month and I am extremely happy with the performance of this A/C unit. I don't even have to get off the couch to adjust the airflow - the remote control is a very nice feature. It was very easy to set up and with the timer I can have the place cooled down before I get home.

Absolutely the worst A/C i've used. 13000 btu that cannot get the the temperature below 80 degrees is not acceptable. The window setup is also very cumbersome with parts that don't fit well. Had to cut and shave off pieces to make it work. I wanted to try it for 24 hours but it stopped working after 10 hrs. Just refused to power back on. Piece of junk.
