Rated 4 out of 5 by from wonderful seat... The thing is huge, but I have a huge suv so its fine. I have no issues tightening, loosinging, getting a good fit, or any of the sort. its noce and solid. Love the latches makes for a good snug fit. Baby has been in it since 5 months, hes now 19 mths with plenty of room to grow. Its so super comfortable for him as well. Only knocked down a star for the size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy This Seat! I will never have another seat for our daughter! We were recently in a car wreck and this seat protected my daughter! The seat stayed secure and kept her safe and she had no injuries. We have complained a little about it being a little difficult to install and the straps can be hard to tighten but we've always dealt with it because I felt like she was safe in it. The most important part of a seat is keeping our children safe and this seat has proved itself. As soon as we receive the insurance money to replace the one in the wreck we'll be ordering this one again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great seat, easy install with latch! I have had this seat for about 10 months now and am very happy with my choice! I did a ton of car seat research before buying this and it fits all of our needs. My daughter is 18 months old and is using it rear facing. It has LOTS of leg room, so my plan for extended rear facing until she is at least 3, hopefully 4 is looking promising. I have never had any trouble installing it with the latch connectors, it's been in several cars with no problem. I feel completely comfortable popping it out of my car and into a friends car if we're going a shopping trip. It literally takes me less than 5 minutes to get a solid install. Also a plus, I haven't had to use a towel or pool noodle to get the proper recline as I've had to do with other seats. My daughter seems very comfortable sitting in it, and the head wings keep her head from flopping all over when she falls asleep. Because of the tall sides it is a little bit of a chore getting her in and out of the seat, but the side impact protection is well worth it for me. I don't have any trouble adjusting the harness or getting her buckled or unbuckled. It is a little bigger than some of the other options out there, but it fits just fine in the middle seat of my Pontiac Bonneville. The ONLY small complaint I have with this seat is that the fabric under my daughters calves and feet has started to pill a little bit. Again this is after 10 months of use, and may have to do with the scratchy velcro on her shoes. Overall I LOVE this seat and would definitely choose it again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Garbage We bought this car seat, went out to the car, attempted to install it, and immediately returned it. The latch straps are cheap, and incredibly hard to tighten. There is no level indicator to tell you if it is installed properly. There is only a red line on the side that says "This line must be level with ground". So Safety 1st means just eyeballing whether the seat is installed properly. The other problem we had is that when properly reclined, the seat takes up a great deal of space. If you have a large SUV, or perhaps a used school bus, this car seat would probably work out great for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pleasantly surprised. We bought this car seat for our then 6 week old son. We wanted a goos rear facing limit, and this seat has it. The chair itself is sturdy, well padded, and easy to install. This seat is bulky. I drive a Pontiac G6 and reclined fully we have to pull the chair almost all the way up. We would rather do that for the baby and one of us ride in the backseat with him. I love this chair. And we got it on sale, which just made it even better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect safe and durable. I love this car seat. We have it in our Toyota prius and our highlander. It is big and a bit hard to use the seat belt to install but we use the latch system it's super easy to click in and out. I feel it is very well made and durable. And my son loves it. He seems super comfy in it. Loves the cup holder he normally likes his toy in the holder so he knows where it is the next time. I don't understand the complaints about the recline.l when forward facing.. If you read the book. It's not to be reclined when forward facing that is stupid and super dangerous. The recline is for positioning rear facing kids based on weight. I can't believe how many parents are complaining of this.... it's like that so you won't recline it and put your child in danger....Overall I am buying the purple one for my daughter when she gets a little older! Oh I do think the middle latch could be a little longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Frustrating Unfortunately this seat has not worked well for my family. I bought it 6 months ago and wish I would have chosen differently. It's very heavy, very bulky, it barely fits in the seat of my SUV, the claps stick, it's practically impossible to adjust the straps to loosen or tighten, my hand barely fits in the slots to buckle it and it's very difficult to unbuckle the crotch strap. The company who makes it offered to send me new straps but overall, I would not buy this seat again.
