Most unopened items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy. I was very careful to read the instruction and try to familiarize myself with all the parts before I started. About 5 of 40 parts are labeled. There are holes in the parts that belong to no hardware. NONE of the hardware is labeled. Some of it is separated and some of it is grouped together with no rhyme or reason - not corresponding to the parts in which they fit. Some of the same hardware comes in different baggies mixed with different screws. It took me over FOUR hours to put together. I went with a more expensive cabinet because other cheaper cabinets on [retailer] received similar reviews. When put together, the edges of the cabinets are uneven. It's just heavy, MDF particle board. Wish I hadn't bought it. Packaged very poorly - no packing materials around the edges and there are at least a couple of edges that have dings. It looks okay, as long as you don't look too closely.
