[...] Thank heaven for the internet leading me to find this at Target. You can have an excellent slipcovered headboard adding a beautiful fabric slipcover on this headboard. It is well padded and the total adjusted height at 51 inches worked well for my bed. It came well packaged and easy to assemble. I made my slipcover out of a heavy basket weave linen that drapes elegantly. The look is beautiful and you cannot tell that I paid a total of [$], queen headboard was on sale, for it. [...]. Don't even think about designer high end furniture stores. Making one yourself is time consuming. This headboard along with a gorgeous quality fabric with give you a great interior designer look for your room and peace of mind for your budget.
This headboard is perfect. It is easy to install and can be decorated with whatever fabric you choose. You can change the color of the headboard whenever you want. It attaches firmly to the bedframe, so you can lean against the headboard if you want to sit up in bed and read, and the mattress will not scoot away from the headboard. It's exactly what I've been looking for!
This is a simple sturdy headboard, well padded, reasonable priced, great without any headboard cover and it has a good height - giving it a contemporary feel. There's a canvas smell to it when you first open the package, but it dissipated quickly.
I had some problems putting the headboard legs on based on the instructions. I used the enclosed customer service number for the manufacturer. I was connected quickly to the manufacturer's plant manager, Cindy, who pulled up my target order, identified the problem and had it resolved in under 5 minute. I didn't wait on hold, didn't have to use an interpreter and didn't have to return my item. I would order again in a heartbeat...plus it is nice quality at a very nice price.
I really love this headboard. It looks very expensive without the hefty price tag. Just like a lot of the other reviews, the expected delivery date was about 5 - 6 weeks. It was sent within 1 week. I do think the description needs to be more specific regarding it being adjustable. The minimum height is the 51", so don't think that it will go any shorter than that. I originally needed one that was around 47" tall, but I liked this headboard so much that I rearranged my bedroom in order to keep it. I'm going to either use a King size sheet or pick up some fabric this weekend to cover it, but the natural color is very nice too. I highly recommend this!
In this day of DIY, I preferred the low price combined with quality construction of this headboard which I know will withstand many years of use. If you were thinking of building your own--don't! Save yourself time and headache and buy this. It arrives quickly--within 7-10 days. We used a staple gun to cover it in a desired fabric (could have easily sewn a slip cover) and the result looks professional. Make sure you search the box thoroughly for hardware--ours was not included and we had to ord er a replacement.
This headboard is nicely padded, well shaped, and easy to assemble. I've had it for 1 week and the smell from the canvas or the wood frame is still noticeable but it's not offensive and it doesn't bother me.
This is the first headboard i have ever had. It is wonderful. It shipped quickly and was really easy to put together, all easier than building your own like i originally planned. It's taller than i thought it would be but i like it. I highly recommend this.

This headboard is exactly what we needed. It is comfortable, sturdy and adjustable. Installation was super easy and took about 15 minutes from the delivery at the door to done on the bed! It does not come with tools so you will need a flat head screwdriver, a Phillips head screwdriver and either a pair of pliers or a 7/16 wrench. I installed mine on the top most holes of my bed frame so that the legs would just slide along the carpet making it easier to move the bed around. Odd discovery: I tuc ked an unused crib sheet around the upholstered section and pinned it from the back. Crude but effective, also cheaper than purchasing an actual slipcover. It will do until my new bedding arrives and I can slip on a proper one.Don't let the estimated ship date put you off ordering this. I ordered mine online on Sunday around midnight and it arrived on my doorstep that same Wednesday around noon!I highly recommend this headboard. It is a great product for the price.
