Rated 2 out of 5 by from A good attempt by Starbucks As a loyal Starbucks fan, I bought this when they first came out as a Christmas present to myself. I quickly learned that I should have bought a Keurig like everyone else. Pros: VERY easy to use and quiet. Will make a great cup of coffee and the milk pods are amazing! Great way to save yourself from buying an actual espresso maker. (Can't find any milk pods for my Keurig) Cons: Must be cleaned often (bi-weekly) with a descaling solution to avoid the "burnt" coffee taste. The pods are not the same size as the Keurig cups so you are limited to about 10-12 types of coffee ONLY sold at Starbucks and This was my #1 complaint since I expected more variety and if you love what Starbucks offers, then this may not be a deal breaker for you. However, with the cost of the pods which usually only had around 8 servings for $10-12 per box, it wasn't worth it to me. The K-cups are usually much cheaper and more readily available at nearly every supermarket. I'm still very glad I bought this machine as a way to ease into making coffee at home, but I outgrew it fairly quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love Love!!!! This machine is absolutely amazing!! It's easy to use and the coffee tastes just like Starbucks in my opinion. I use 1 espresso pod with 1 milk pod, and 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. Voila! A vanilla latte! The Chai tea latte is pretty amazing too!
