Summer Infant 3.5" Baby Touch Boost Digital Color Video Monitor is rated 3.3611 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy! We bought this camera less than a year ago and this camera is not worth the money. The monitor cuts in and out constantly and now it keeps saying no signal when we are just in the next room over from the camera. I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase this camera.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Touch screen doesn't work when it works, it is a wonderful monitor, but my touch screen stopped working about 2 months after I got it and it zooms and moves randomly on it's own. Now, after a year I can't even see anything at all on the screen. Alot of times it runs 'out of range' even though we are just across the hall.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked Great for 5 months but then.... I rarely write reviews, but thought I owe this to anyone contemplating spending $200 + on a baby monitor. We loved this monitor at first, and it worked great. We had friends and family members comment on what a great monitor it was, how clear it was, etc. After 5 months of use, the camera stopped connecting with the monitor- it would say "out of range". We would re-set it all, and eventually it would come back on (sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't). We lived with it. A few weeks after that, the battery charger stopped working, which left the monitor completely unusable. We contacted their customer service several times and have been very disappointed in their response. Keep your receipt, as they will not help you at all if you don't have a receipt. We are so bummed that they will not stand behind their product after only 5 months of use for the price we paid. I would save your money on this one, although it worked great while it lasted!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just as expected I ordered this video monitor system for my second child but I really wish I had it with my first. It's so nice to be able to check on my new baby without having to actually get up and out of bed in the middle of the night. The monitor has the ability to zoom in, move the camera around, check the temperature and talk to the baby. It's PERFECT!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well for us! I am a bit surprised by all of the poor reviews - I have actually really enjoyed this monitor. I did a bit of research on different baby monitors and this one had all of the features I wanted, and my friend recommended this one as well so I decided to give it a try. I love that I can use the zoom feature and see him breathing! Note that when you zoom in you don't get the highest quality picture but it's still helpful. I wouldn't stay "zoomed in" all the time. The wireless monitor is convenient. I generally keep the monitor on the charging dock (at night next to my bed) but it's nice when my son naps during the day I can carry the monitor throughout the house with me - I haven't had any range issues. Also, the monitor has a little stand so it stays propped up if you set it down to do dishes or laundry. As far as battery life I would say I get a good 4-6 hours of battery, depending on how often I turn on the video screen. I haven't needed to use the battery more than that. One feature that was a really nice surprise for me is the sound bar on the left. When I blow dry my hair I worried that I wouldn't hear him crying with the blow dryer running next to my ear, but I can see the sound bar light up if he cries, which is very comforting. The touch screen take a few tries to get the hang of it (moving the camera direction, zooming) but it's pretty simple once you use it a few times. The night vision works well for me, and changing the camera direction is a helpful feature. Every once in awhile when I first turn the video on it will still have the previous video image or have a blank image but then changes to the current image within a second or two - this wasn't a big deal to me. It is pricey, but with all of the features it provides it has been worth it for us. Even with its small glitches, I think it's one of the best and I recommend it to all my friends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy This Monitor I recieved this monitor as a baby shower gift. The monitor does not work and constantly says out of range. I can be in the same room as the camera and it will say out of range. When we do get it to work it will only last 10 minutes then change to out of range. We do not touch it or the camera it just suddenly stops working.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate this monitor Noticed immediately the video is glitchy, and the battery life is terrible. After a couple months I have to constantly turn it off and on to get the screen to turn on, also I have to press the volume buttons numerous times to get it to turn up. The video camera portion I have mounted to the wall above my son's crib and I can't move it on the monitor because it is so loud it wakes him up! The picture on the monitor always scrambles so I am constantly turning this thing off and back on. I bought this 5 months ago.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor battery life and inconsistent video. I have owned this monitor for about ten months and immediately noticed it has horrible battery life even with the video display off. A couple months into owning the monitor I noticed the video does not always display when I press the button on the top, it works about half the time. The range from camera to monitor is not very good either. I would recommend buying a different model over this one.
