Summer Infant Clearview Digital Video Monitor is rated 2.1667 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Picture stopped working It worked fine for a while but the picture stopped. The sound has always been a little staticy but has gotten much worse.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good only for about a year This monitor was decent, until it just stopped working after a year and 4 months. Would definitely not recommend this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No pic The first year was fine with the monitor. Just last night I heard a loud pop. Upon inspection, I realized it was something within the monitor that caused the screen to no longer work. The volume is extremely low now too. I basically cannot use it and have to get another one (different brand).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE...zero stars!!! I am so disappointed in this monitor. The first time around I used this for barely one month and the monitor completely stopped working. The audio was just barely coming through and absolutely NO PICTURE. I returned to the manufacturer immediately and within a few weeks they sent me a brand new monitor and camera. The second time around the audio quality is terrible! I can hear everything, but it has a lot of static. And now it has still been less than a year and yet again the monitor has stopped working! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! We just moved our baby into his own room and wanted a video monitor to be able to check on him. I have to say we are only a few days in but so far we love the monitor. It was very easy to put together, just plug in the AC adapters and turn it on. The picture and sound are VERY clear. The monitor is pretty large which is what we wanted but just be prepared for that. It looks smaller in the box because there is a large area in the back once it it out. The nightvision turns on automatically and is a little creepy and reminiscent of 'paranormal activity' movies. But it's good to have it and we are very happy with our purchase as long as it keeps on working!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Summer Infant QC is Asleep.... So we just brought this home today. We were eager to put our 4 month-old in her OWN room for the first night, now that we had a fancy-shmancy video monitor! I start setting it up, and.....There's no power jack in the back of the monitor. Yeah....The hole that the power cord plugs into, which is supposed to be in the back of the monitor....Just not there. The opening is there, and it says "12V DC", but it's not there. Maybe it broke off in shipping? Nope...box was factory sealed, not floating in the box, and not floating inside the monitor casing. I think the painfully obvious 'QC Passed' sticker less than an inch from what's missing was a nice touch. Obviously, this is going back, and now we'll have to try the move next weekend. Thanks Summer Infant!
