This security blanket is exactly what I was looking for! My daughter has always loved soft, satiny blankets for her baby dolls. It is satin on one side and super soft and furry on the other. I bought it in green and pink. Be sure to read the details - this is a security blanket and the size is 14" by 14" so it is not a full-sized blanket. It holds up well in the wash, better than similar blankets I have purchased. So far no snagging of the satin. It is polyester, but it is worth it fo r the price compared to other polyester security blankets.

Although very cute, this blanket is a little misleading unless you read the information very carefully. They do not show a picture to scale of how small it is. It's about the size of a burp cloth. Don't expect a big fuzzy blanket you can lay your child on. For the price, it's a little steep for such a small size. I did not know what a 'lovie' blanket was so perhaps this is more my fault for not researching better. It really is cute if you just want a little corner of a soft blanket for you kid to hold and not drag. I decided to keep it and not return since it was bought for me.

I just love these lovies! I got one for my little boy and one as a gift for a girl. I knew they would be small b/c you don't want a big lovie to drag around. These are the perfect size for your child to get attached to. I had the pink and brown one embroidered with the little girl's name on it - it was just precious! I think it made a great gift.

I ordered this blanket for a baby shower thinking it was a full size baby blanket, only to find out it is actually one of those tiny ones that is about 8 inches by 8 inches. Nice quality blanket, but not worth the price.
