There8217;s also the trenchant tale of teen love involving a girl and a vampire, 8220;Dielite,8221; and the riotous return of the ever-doomed Thomas Donnelly in his most bizarre tale yet
The eighth installment in the Tales from the Crypt comics series--since its resurrection with GHOULS GONE WILD in 2007--riffs on the insanely popular young people's series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, as well as the Twilight franchise and Guitar Hero. Stefan Petrucha writes the titular, two-part story with art from Rick Parker. Other stories include: "Dielite" by Petrucha and Maia Kinney-Petrucha and artist Miran Kim; "Carrier" penned by John L. Lansdale with visuals from James Romberger and Marguerite Van Cook; and "Ghoulunatic Sequences" written by Jim Salicrup with art from Parker. This is irreverent, funny MAD-style parody for the younger crowd at its best. Also, half of the first run edition feature a special cover graced by Sarah Palin.
