- Some items can't be expedited due to size, weight or vendor constraints and will only have Standard Shipping available.

On most items, Target.com provides the option to select a signature upon delivery during the checkout process. Shipping to friends and family serving overseas can seem foreign. On our site, it's easy. Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual.
