I saw these first at another store and they were twice the price there. I was thrilled to find them at Target at a much better price. I love the style and they looked very sturdy and well made. I was very pleased with pouf - initially. After a couple weeks I noticed it was leaking foam beads from the insides. Soon it was gushing the filling from all sides. I located several holes that had developed in the interior lining. That material was extremely thin and flimsy. Since I was unable t o fix the multiple leaks I had no choice but to throw it away. Too bad because it was a very stylish and useful foot rest.

I purchased two of these a few weeks ago when they were [$] each and thought they were a good deal then. Now, on sale for [$], even better. If you are looking for a sturdy pouf that won't snag easily like the yarn poufs this is a great buy. The jute is heavy but not rough and itchy. The shell color was just what I was looking for. Wish they were available online still and I would order two more at the sale price. Hope my store has some in.

Target's photo doesn't give this product justice. It's a darker grey, and the overall silhouette is more uniform. The knit fibers are strong and sturdy, and it feels like it will never loose its form. Target also has a tan one. I first discovered knitted poufs on [...] website, however Target is wayyyy cheaper. I purchased one grey pouf and am hoping to get more. Get this pouf today!

The pouf is a nice size and very sturdy. Though we were expecting a softer yarn-feel quality, based on the photo and what these are usually made of, it is a very stiff rattan rope product. That in itself would not have been a deal breaker, as we liked the rustic look of it. But the product, made in India according to its tag, has a horrific odor. We couldn't even keep the box it came in in the house as it stunk so badly. And after soaking it many many times with Fabreeze and lysol, the odor jus t wouldn't disappear. And now we can't even return it, as we had to spray it so many times. So check for this item in a store and don't purchase a "packaged in shipping box" version without smelling it first. The odor just can't be eliminated.

I've been looking online at this pouf for several weeks at least. I finally went to check it out as a footstool for our glider in our baby room. I had found other poufs for over [$] online and at home decor stores. This pouf is great. It does look better in person without the sheen that it appears to have in the online photo. The material is a bit rough, rather like thick twine but it's just for my feet and maybe for my husband to sit on in the baby room. . For the price, it's an excellent pouf . The inside does seem to be filled with perhaps marble sized styrofoam so I'm not sure about how great it is for the environment.

I checked out this pouf in store, and was shocked by how rough the twine was. From further away, it looked like a wool or sweater material. Up close, it's the texture of a twine you would find in the garage. Out of the question for me, because my cat would think it's his scratching post. It also seems too rough for a child/nursery, which is where you see most of these poufs.
