For a receiving blanket, there is nothing bad to say about these blankets. They do their job. They are not big enough to swaddle your average sized newborn though. I ended up using them as burp cloths as they cover more space than a burp cloth. They also matched the rest of the nursery and the patterns are very cute. Only thing I noticed as I was folding them is that they are not even. If you fold it in half, the ends don't line up. Not a problem, but I thought that was funny.
These blankets were great for swaddling my baby from birth to about 3 months of age. Now that she is older, I still use them to lay her on the floor for tummy time, burp cloths, keeping the chill off, and plenty of other things.Overall a great buy and nice girly prints!
My daughter loved these blankets. We hung a clothes line for a decoration at her baby shower and hung these on it along with some socks and baby clothes we also purchased from your store! Thanks!

We can barely swaddle our newborn in these. They work well for putting underneath or over baby, or over the carseat to block the sun. Sometimes I just wrap up her feet in it. They're still useful. I just wouldn't get more than 1 or 2 packs of these. Definitely look for larger blankets or ones that are specifically swaddling ones. We took some from the hospital and they are a good size.
